Hadn’t upgraded my new phone in 5+ years, and figured I should before my phone was no longer eligible for trade-in. Alysa and Andrew were both incredible. Got me set up super quick and were great to chat with while waiting for the back up. Can’t recommend enough!

Finally decided to cut the cable cord!! Josh was such a great help with going streaming through 5G. Got me the best package. I have been a customer for 18yrs and continue to have great service especially at this store

Josh and Josh provided top notch customer service. We went to this location on McKnight Rd after a super confusing and frustrating visit to the location at Ross Park Mall. They were super patient, helpful, and kind with my family and I even when our 3 phones took past closing time to transfer data to our new phones. I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Josh. They went above and beyond. Thank you again!!

I stopped by the store Wednesday evening hoping someone would have a trick to wake up my phone screen. Unfortunately, they did not. However, King was great and helped me get a replacement phone in quickly. It came in the next day! King also took the time to go over a few of Tmobile plans/upgrade options (as originally I am Sprint customer that was transferred to Tmobile), which I appreciated.
I stopped in LATE Friday, Andrew was working with another customer and made sure to touch base with me to see what I needed as soon as he could. He was able to get my replacement up and running in between helping the original customer he had been working with. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience for showing up 10 minutes to close! Thank you all for your help!

My family just left T-Mobile and had the best experience. Andrew and Hope helped us today and our visit left us feeling confident in our choice of switching and consolidating our phone plans into one. We all agreed that this was by far the most informative and pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing cellular phones. Thank you so much T-Mobile!

Staff, including King were helpful, friendly and eager to resolve my issue. Time was taken with me to troubleshoot and explain the problem, so I left the store with answered questions. Thanks!

Josh and his team are very helpful. My dad and I were trying to get our phones unlocked and Josh said that he wanted our last experience with tmobile to be good. He helped us work through the messy sprint to tmobile conversion account and despite all the trouble, it ended up working out! Definitely recommend

Best store by far!!! The customer service was unmatched! Thank you so much Lucas, Andrew, and Alysa for such an excellent experience. I have a store closer to me however after today’s experience I am willing to drive the extra distance just to be serviced by this location. You ALL are the BEST!!!

Just like cable companies and utility companies, mobile phone carriers have a terrible reputation for customer service, and deservedly so. I was dreading a visit to my local cell phone store to upgrade my outdated phone, and was spot-on - it was a horrible visit, the sales person was uninformed, didn't listen, tried to sell me a business plan that I didn't need, and I ended up walking out and driving a a half-mile down the road to the T-Mobile store - where I was pleasantly suprised. Josh and Alysa greeted me as soon as I walked in the store, were attentive to what I was looking for, recommended a number of options for me that would meet my needs and recommended the best of those options for my consideration. Then, when I agreed it was time to move away from their competitor and onto the T-mobile platform, they quickly migrated my data, set me up with all of the accessories I was looking for without pushing things on me that I didn't need, and even went so far as to get inventory from another store when they didn't have the exact model of an Otterbox I wanted. They were pleasant, helpful, knowledgable, and well-informed, and handled the visit very professionally. I was very impressed, and recommend this location highly.

Wanted to give a 5 STAR review for CORY at McKnight store. I had just worked a36 hour weekend, was exhausted. I had to pay my home internet bill cause it was due. I called the customer service line and the woman couldn’t even find my account. Very upset and frustrated I drove to the McKnight Road store and Cory had it taken care of in less than 2 minutes with a smile. Greatest of Service. Thank You Cory!!😊

I want to give a shout out to Michael for being so awesome! After having been to another T-mobile store and a Best Buy earlier, trying to get my phone upgraded, and them not being able to help me for some type of system issues, Michael was able to help me. He was very kind, listening to my rants about everything, and he was able to get me the new phone and sync it, all while being pretty jovial! I learned a bunch of new information about how stuff works and about T-Mobile. This store is very friendly and has a nice layout. I was told that it's usually insanely busy and I was very lucky because I got in at the right time and got the last phone of the one I wanted! Phew! Hopefully all my phone issue days are behind me now!

I was running on barely any sleep, in zombie mode, and left my new charger on the table, luckily Michael saw it and ran it out to the car before I left! Thank you again! Michael deserves a raise!

I am very grateful that they don't kick you out of the store at closing just because the phone transfer takes a long time!

Joshua Chiartas was incredible! I came in to checkout the policy regarding my screensaver. He supplied me with very helpful information regarding the new T-mobile internet and the benefits of being a business customer. He was beyond polite--kind, generous, and highly informed! Every time I visit this store I am pleased to be part of the T-mobile family of customers.

Worked with Josh C on an issue I was having with my mother in laws iPhone. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the information I needed! I will be back to see Josh when it’s time to upgrade!

This T-Mobile was so helpful, the girl there helped us so much we went to one on Perry highway what a rip off guy told us to get 5g router for our area had trouble with service went to siebert plaza they said this 5g won’t work in your area don’t know why he sold you this had to return what a nightmare then went back to Verizon Wi-Fi

They had a line before the place even opened…. And the T-Mobile staff were still kind and prompt with their customers. Alysa helped me escape Verizon today- super sweet, efficient and competent professional.

I’ve had a nice relationship with Sprint since they improved their customer service some years ago... until last night. Don’t trust telesales!

That being said, a Sprint store is it’s own entity. There is only so much they can do, as corporate is what controls it all. That is why the service I got at this store was even more amazing! Jay, the store manager, took my issue seriously and spent the time to help me as best he could. I recommend this store- support your local Sprint Store! Don’t do telesales- come here for your new devices.

We want T mobile to know that we received excellent and very professional service from Lucas Boxley at the Siebert store. He is a real asset to T mobile. We were very pleased with his patience & communication skills. He made this whole experience very enjoyable.
