Starbucks

It's always a pleasure to revisit this location. Even though there has been a couple of times where something was missing from my drink, this place always makes my drink exactly how I order it. This place has a friendly, easy going staff as well. So far, the staff that I have come in contact with have been nothing but nice and understanding no matter what it is that you order. I appreciate this facility and how well they pay attention to your order in detail.

Had a large drive thru order 2 days in a row and it went so smoothly and quickly. Staff was friendly and accomodating and that is why I chose to drive the extra couple miles to revisit this Starbucks again on the second day.

I'm not a big Starbucks buyer but once in a while I just get a craving or see something I have to try and the trips are always worth it and the staff is always friendly and helpful

I can always count on this Starbucks!! No matter how busy they are, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes in the line. I especially like the employee, Niko, always so kind and always know my order will be correct! Wonderful place!

They made my drink perfect. This is my own concoction that I came up with. 4 pumps white chocolate, quad shot blonde expresso, fill with sweet cream, lite ice, salted foam on top.

Awh I just wanted to comment on the brunette with green eyes in the drive thru who remade my cold brew with no hesitation this morning. She was so kind. Great customer service!! My favorite starbucks.

Being next to a college, this location stays busy most of the times that I've visited. Even when they are busy, they manage to get the orders out quickly.

Good Starbucks. The staff are always energetic, friendly, and attentive. The store is very clean. The restrooms are fantastic. I love using the outdoor seating during the summer. This is a coffeehouse with lots of friendly customers. The line for the drive through can often be crowded, but that’s just Starbucks for you.

Normally starbucks can be pretty hit or miss, but today Donovan (Hopefully spelled right) really nailed my coffee, and I really needed that this morning. Everyone is always super friendly and full of personality when I go to order, its quick, and if there are ever any mistakes they are all super sweet about fixing it. I drive here instead of going to the one on campus sometimes, just because they are that much better.

The parking lot is difficult to navigate and narrow, so it can absolutely be crazy when Starbucks is extra busy. The place itself has always had excellent, fast, friendly service. It's spacious and clean. Food and drinks are always ready quickly and really good.

I think this is the fastest drive-through Starbucks I have visited. We had four orders and they got everything exactly right. The baristas were very nice. I'll certainly go back when I am in Johnson City next time.

Despite being a busy location, they’re always quick and all my orders (and I’ve ordered 20+ customized drinks) have been perfect. I usually order though the app.

I don't typically leave reviews, but this had to be shared. Today I visited this location around 12pm. Now, anyone who knows me knows I'm typically not a Starbucks fan, but I had a gift card to finish up so I went. There was a gentleman in front of me deciding on his order. He was having some difficulty communicating what he'd like to order. The cashier was asking different questions to try and figure out this man's order. He remained patient and kind the entire time. At one point, a female employee stepped over and was visually showing this gentleman his size options in order to help figure out his order. Then the cashier asked for the man's name, and the man asked for his name. The cashier then began to strike up a conversation with him, as did the female employee once she made his order. The staff was also extremely friendly and kind to me as well, but the time and effort they took with this gentleman really made me smile. They were patient and compassionate and definitely more of what this world needs.

Sarah and Kelci always provide excellent service! I definitely prefer to go to this Starbucks because the staff is so nice, efficient, and knowledgable! The manager goes above and beyond for her customers, and it doesn't go unnoticed!! The blue cups are cool too! ☕

Arrived after taking a pleasant 2 mile walk on the ETSU campus just across the street. Walk-in service is available and they have a pretty nice outdoor seating area. No inside seating at this time. There was a long line in drive up window when I arrived, but Sunday lunch service inside was quick.

Starbucks is pretty good here, they make your coffee the way you like it. the drive-thru line is long but it moves quickly and if you go inside the line moves quickly as well, they have good internet and clean bathrooms as well and lots of little treats that are high calorie but good for your soul

This is my favorite Starbucks in Johnson City! they move so fast on the drive through in the mornings and just as fast when you go inside! The staff in here are always so NICE and make me feel extremely welcome!

I study here often. The cold brews are the best drinks they make, in my opinion, so I rarely get anything else anymore. Parking at this one only occasionally get full, and there is rarely a wait to order even at those times. And in the rare times there is a line, just use the mobile order feature.

Roxanne, I am truly sorry for your experience at our store. We have only been open for 3 weeks now and are trying to gain the product that was not sent to us. The next time you visit ask to speak to me and we will replace your bagel. Cut open and warm this time :)

One of the most friendliest staff I have found if they mess up my order which does happen they will remake it or give me the things to fix it I enjoy coming there they know my name they know my order which makes me feel even more important then I know I am LOL but I do appreciate them taking that time to do that cuz most places don't do that anymore
