So happy I went to Shopko, they treated me very kind. Dr. Meacham was fantastic! She took the time with me and was very thorough with my eye exam. Greg was very helpful as well with fitting my new frames. Alex was also very welcoming. If your trying to figure out where to go for your next pair of glasses I highly recommend Shopko Optical in Forest Lake

Dr. Meacham is the best optometrist I've had.
Her staff is is great. If you're in the cities the drive is a bit out of the way but worth every mile.

It was critical that my 8 year old where his glasses or he won't be able to drive when he gets older. He always loses his glasses within lie two weeks. I had to pay out of pocket this time. I order him glasses from shopko. When he got them they didn't fit right. They let me return them and ordered a whole me pair. I also received a $70 refund. He loves his new glasses. He where's them most of the time. Staff was friendly. I love how easy it is to make an appointment on line.

I've been a patient of Dr. Meacham for several years and have always been highly satisfied with her expertise and thoroughness. She really goes the extra mile to assure eye health and prescription accuracy! It was also a pleasure to meet Greg and Alex during my visit yesterday. What a great team!

The team at Shopko Optical really went above and beyond! They helped me with a contact lens issue before I was officially a patient and had my first eye exam. Then when I had my eye exam the Dr. took the time to make sure my new prescription was perfect! I am so impressed with this location!

I love coming to this Shopko location. Dr. Meacham is great and very thorough. All of the staff are polite and very professional. The only things I think this location could do to improve the customer experience would be to provide appointment confirmation phone calls a day or two before the appointment occurs and to also call when materials such as glasses & contacts arrive and are ready for pickup.

Dr. Meacham gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever gotten. I am 57 and have had glasses since 2nd grade. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Amazing experience! Because of my complicated prescription I haven’t worn contacts in many years. I wanted to try them again. I couldn’t believe how hard she worked to find a pair that would work for me.

Customer service thats second to none . The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful . The optometrist took the time to fully evaluate an answer all my questions.

Great place! Really take the time to help you and explain what is going on with your vision. Dr. Meacham does a wonderful job.

I enjoyed my vist to Shopko. I was warmly met at the door. Everyone was very professional. The eye doctor was very good at making me feel comfortable. She did a fantastic job at looking at my eyes. I will recommend Shopko.

Caring, Attentive, Thorough, First Class Customer Service. The eye Doctor was concerned about my medical history and took the time to let me know everything involved with the eyes concerning the possible problems that relate to Health History. I felt she really cared .

I have had the best service from them. The Doctor took so much time with me and did so many adjustments probably the best exam I have had and i am 65. The manager Greg was amazing in supporting the process and making sure the glasses and contacts were to my satisfaction.

All the staff here are great! All are very helpful, easy going and take the time to help you decide a frame, never make you feel rushed. They adjusted my prescription lenses to get them just right! Extremely happy with the level of service and my glasses! Definitely recommend this place!

I made an appointment with Dr. Meacham for an optometry exam as a new patient and I’m so glad I did. The Office Manager Greg was extremely helpful, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. Dr. Meacham explained to me each test she performed in a way I understood. Her dedication to finding the best treatment plan for her patient was very evident. She took the time to get as much information about my medical history too. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend booking an appointment here!

I can’t say enough positive about Shopko Optical in Forest Lake. All staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Lois Meacham was very welcoming and treated me as an individual rather than a run of the mill patient. I will definitely return to see her for any further eye care needs. Alex was friendly and very helpful as well in assisting me in selecting my new frames and lens options.
Overall, My visit here was very painless and very enjoyable.

Having experienced a couple other optical shops, I'll be returning to these folks. First of the Doc I cannot recommend more. She made me feel safe, and treated me very professionally and compassionately/understanding. The glass purchasing process was flawless, and the glasses fit perfectly. I'll be returning, didn't I tell ya that.
