I have been looking for a new place to try in the area and found this place last night. Pictures looked absolutely delicious so I had to go in and try! I was just in there about 5 minutes ago and got the Carmel Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake… it did NOT disappoint!! Was beyond blown away by all the different options for shakes AND teas. Not to mention the price for the quality and quantity, absolutely amazing!! Got to meet the owner Jess, what a lovely lady!! Seriously everyone in the area needs to be going here!! <3

This place is my happy place! The owner Jess is so amazing! I love how they are ALWAYS helping the community with fundraisers every month! Truly a gem in the coon rapid’s boulevard community!

Jess is so amazing and she always makes you feel so welcome. Great variety of healthy shakes and teas. Always has a fun seasonal menu and she gives back to many charities. My family and I go almost daily, such a great small local business. Highly recommend.

I've never really been a tea kind of person until we found Nutrition Haven! Everything they have is amazing and good for you. I love coming here for both the drinks and the community!

I have not had a shake or tea that I haven't liked so far. Jess's creations are super tasty. We just went in this morning and her fall menu is amazing!

I absolutely love her drinks! I always look forward to trying something new everytime I visit her. Her shakes have been incredibly helpful for me trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle and even have lost some weight in the process. She's so inviting and makes sure to answer any questions you might have .

I love coming here! It’s my new Starbucks! They have shakes, teas, parfaits, and oatmeal’s. So many flavors to choose from and it all tastes amazing you forget everything is actually nutritious and good for you. Plus the staff there is always so friendly ☺

I love this place. My ONLY complaint is the extremely loud music that is playing when you walk in. It's loud enough to hurt your ears.

Now, I have tried several different shakes and loved them all. The teas are also very good. The owner is extremely nice and listens to what you want. She hasn't steered me wrong yet.
