Cannot say enough about this crew of tech guys! Peter and Jeremy are highly competent and professional. They are efficient at diagnosis and repair. They will not upsell you, if there is a fix for your equipment they will recommend that first and their pricing is totally fair to do so. Both my business' laptop and desktop were recently saved and revamped by Peter, and are running better then when they were purchased. I HIGHLY recommend these guys - Thank you! Don't usually write reviews, but these folks really deserve it. I've been through the RINGER with computer repair shops missing things, fixing things but breaking other things in the process, etc. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate how thorough, attentive to detail, honest, trustworthy, and just overall really nice these guys are. So grateful for them! Don't think twice about taking your computer here!

Needed to get a firmware update file from my phone to my Alpine car stereo but the stereo couldn't find the file on my phone. Went to Holdens Computers, got a flash drive, the guy helping me then downloaded the FW update from Alpine's website, unzipped it and loaded it onto the flash drive. Stereo found it right away. Stereo is updated and I am happy.

I forgot the power supply to my work laptop (DOH!). I took the laptop to Holden’s, and Peter found a new power supply that fit and we tried it out at the store to make sure that it charges. The price was pretty reasonable and I didn’t have to wait days on an Amazon delivery.

Holden’s also has a bevy of other peripherals and accessories for computers, game consoles, etc. While there, I picked up a USB to Ethernet adaptor to bypass the flaky WiFi at our condo. This device also was reasonably priced and works well.

Excellent experience last night. Jeremy sent Rick over to help us with some printing and scanning challenges. He showed up, helped us immensely and was a pleasure to work with!

⭐ Super pleased with yesterday's patient and thoughtful service from Jeremy. I needed a way to pull the data off my dash cam to save some amazing driving-through-the-mountains footage. Jeremy considered my SD card size and my laptop, and he hooked me up with an extremely affordable card reader ($17) that has worked beautifully. I will carry this little device with me for always! Stopped in today to see if there was anything they could do about my brick of a laptop. There wasn't (through no fault of theirs), but all of the technicians I dealt with were FANTASTIC! They were perfect at asking significant questions without being condescending, which is definitely an art form in that line of work.

Rick spent over twenty minutes with me on the phone making recommendations for my replacement laptop. This was not something they sold, so it wasn't as though it was a sales pitch or anything like that. Honestly, this is a lovely business and it made me proud to be a member of the Grand County community!

These guys were great! Although my laptop couldn't be revived, they were a BIG HELP with getting me what I needed to work remotely while I was in town. Will definitely use them again whenever needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was looking for a basic case for a simple build thinking I would have to drive down to Denver to find anything usable. Rick let me come in and pick an older used case from the back for a very reasonable price. Worked great and saved me a ton of time.

I came up to Winter Park to work remotely and catch the aspens only to realize I brought my computer with no charger. I showed up to Holden’s Computers 10 min before they opened in hopes I could find an old Mac charger for a meeting I had in 30 min. Not only did the nice gentleman let me come in early, he also found me a charger (the last one) and waived the tax fees (probably because I looked so frantic!). Needless to say, he was wonderful and I highly recommend this place for all electronic emergencies (or non emergencies).

Very helpful, verified GOPRO year and model for micro SD card I needed. Gave me several choices and prices seamed to be inline with quality, made me feel good even though I was only buying a small item. Thanks Guys

I called Holden's Hard Drive because my laptop computer would not power up after getting a zap from a static charge. The person who took my call (Darren?) was helpful and offer a do it myself suggestion (remove battery and press power button for 10 seconds, then re-install battery are restart.) His suggestion was completely successful. They did not charge me at all since I didn't visit their shop. I was up and running again after just one phone call. All this was on a Saturday (open at 9:30 AM). Great advice from friendly staff.
Remember to discharge static before touching your computer, especially when staying in dry homes and condos in Colorado winter.

I highly recommend Holden's, they are very nice people, approachable and knowledgeable, they are honest and have done a great job on keeping our computers and laptops running smoothly, the only ones I trust to take care of computers. Customer for life!

I have gone to Holden's for many years. They have serviced my computers and I have purchased two laptops from them. I have been treated as a valuable customer and anytime I have questions, they don't make me feel silly for asking. I will not go anywhere else and I refer everyone.
