Amazing shop for mountain bikes, rentals, apparel, and winter ski and board gear. I had the pleasure of meeting (the manager) Brecken. Top level service! They happily showed me some of the great local trails and hangouts. Fans of the store say the place has become the premier bike shop in the area after ownership changed to Xsports. Absolutely recommend!

This is a great store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’ve done a great job tuning our skis and the 24 bike rental policy is the best deal in town. Definitely recommended.

What fantastic customer service! Breckin helped me find the best skis and bindings setup for my ability and type of skiing. He was so knowledgeable, patient and his positive attitude was infectious. I’ll definitely be heading back with my mountain sport needs!

These guys literally saved our one day we had to ski while in Colorado after being misinformed by another large ski rental company in the area.

I got to get my 3 year old son on the slopes for the first time and it was all because of them helping us out in a pinch. If we’re in Winter Park, we’ll always support this business!!!

I was seeking solid guidance and expertise and was fortunate to cross paths with this shop. Jesse (hope I spelled correct), was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He asked me quite a few questions about my skiing, which a lot of time a doesn’t happen at shops. Once he understood where I was in my skiing journey, an excellent recommendation was made that was well suited for my specific needs. I could not be happier with my new skis. Thanks Jesse!!

The dudes that helped us, Brecken and Steven, were super helpful and fun to chat with. I’ve been skiing since I was a little kid but my partner is starting to ski after snowboarding for most of his life, Breck was super helpful in recommending skis for both of us and getting my partner fitted with boots and everything for his setup. Highly recommend these guys if you’re coming up to visit Winter Park whether you’re a first time skier or been doing it for forever.

Ski Broker brokering deals on the daily! Come get em! It’s not just skiis in here, it’s a little bit of everything outdoors: clothing, sleeping bags, fatty bikes, goggles, sales… and of course Ski Skorts! They didn’t have any Ski Skjorts though hahahaha.. thank goodness. Who wants to wear a Jean Skort skiing? But hey, whatever you can handle! And that’s why they have it in the store.

The customer service at the ski shop was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to properly measure and fit our granddaughter for her new alpine ski boots, ensuring both comfort and performance. Their expertise made the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. We left the shop feeling confident in our purchase and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Forgot the kids ski boots and needed a quick, easy, affordable rental, XSports delivered! Friendly quick service. In and out in about 5 minutes and for a great price. Most places won't do ski boot rentals only, so this was a great option.

Coming into ski broker on Black Friday was something I thought I would hate. As suspected there was quite a few shoppers and only one worker; Spencer. Spencer was supposed to be only tuning up skis that day but took on the job of three when he found himself a lone employee. He was stretched thin, but his service was thiccc. He tackled each task like the snow-sport hero he is and did it with the best attitude. He single handedly made what would have been an awful and frustrating experience of waiting and delays into a positive experience that I won’t forget. Hip hip hooray for people like Spencer who make the world a happier place.

Multiple staff were SOOO helpful to us this weekend when my friend's ski boot broke. They saved the last days of our ski trip.

I had called 10 stores but none of them had heel replacements and the rental options were super expensive when we only need two half days. When we arrived at 5 pm on Friday after being shut down at previous stores, one employee went to the second floor searching for a box of heel replacements, which was like looking for a needle in a haystack, but she was willing. Their ski tech suggested buying their used rental boots for $50 so I ran upstairs to present that option as well. We all looked for the right sized boots and finally found the box of many heel replacements. There were so many and most didn't seem to work so we went with the rental boot option, but I think she would have looked through every option just to be sure.

Then a third employee verified that the bindings on our skis fit the new (to us) boots. In the end we bought a pair of rental boots for less than a single day rental fee. I also got advice on ski mittens.

All three employees were super friendly and helpful. I asked for their names so I could call their manager to compliment them, but they said it wasn't necessary.

Really nice place. However it was packed which is no fault of their own. Haha. Their rental prices are about 1/3 of Winter Parks on side stuff. Everyone was super helpful just make sure you do your waiver and one other document first before you get there because the internet and sign doesn't work very well.

Definitely recommend! Great place for any and all ski and board gear! We had an enjoyable experience with Breckin, who enthusiastically helped us find the right pair of snowboard boots, will def return!

Great staff that are very willing to help! I needed some mountain biking accessories (knee pads, etc.) and they were more than willing to help find the right style and fit.
