I only like their coffee. ☕
Okay, okay, I do like their pretzel bagel.
Everything else is just blah!
Service is great at almost all of their locations. Bathrooms are always clean!

Great selection so many drinks we don't have in Canada that are made here
Staff was friendly and efficient

Always a great place to stop and get something to eat and relax for a bit!

So the restaurant is laid out pretty nice, I think...different kinds of tables, etc. The downside is there is only one outlet and it happens to be along west window that has no window shades - so it's blasters with the sun coming in when it does shine...like now. Friendly staff.

Service absolutely sucks in the afternoon at this location. Employees are not courteous at all.

This is consistently my favorite Tim Hortons. Every single employee treats me like a friend even though I don’t go there frequently enough to know anyone. They are extremely quick and accurate in the drive thru and in the dining area. It is always clean and they always have enough employees working. I have never seen a Tim Hortons run as consistently smoothly as this one. Thank you to the staff here for always putting me in a good mood!

I have a Tim hortons closer to me and I still go out of my way to come to this one. Usually the employees are very nice and kind, and I've never really had any big problems. Today my coffee had no sugar in it and instead of a large I got an extra large. I went back and just wanted a coffee with sugar and just asked for a large instead and they were kind about it and gave me a new one. No questions asked. So I would 100% recommend this place.

My first experience here. Delicious coffee, amazing donuts and donut holes. The service wasn't extremely fast, but it didn't take long. Would recommend.

Staff is phenomenal!!!
Sugar machine is broken, so sometimes the coffee is inconsistent.
Not the workers fault.
And if you tell them its wrong, they'll fix it without a hassle!!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. The Customer Service here is above & beyond.

I usually have good experiences with Tim's. Every once in a while you get that one person having a bad day but I try to make them feel better by saying something nice. Coffee is good and right now they have a special for any size latte for $2 after 2, I think... Or 3. It's a great deal since that's all I usually get lol.
Update:. I was having a bad day, I mentioned it when I said I wanted 9 splenda, and she said it's ok. I pulled around and the young woman took the time to talk to me to tell me tomorrow is a new day and all we can do is wake up and start a new. She was so kind and understanding and I loved how she took those few moments to say something so kind. Thank you, you are wonderful. Be safe

Every time I go there I get the same thing and it's usually pretty good. The woman at the window is spectacular! Everyday she's happy to see me and it's shows she's awesome, definitely a keeper! I'm sad I don't know her name. The only negative is the amount of MASSIVE potholes that you can't avoid. It's been like that for yours and it's ridiculous. FIX THE POTHOLES!

Multi-cultural staff (several languages spoken beyond just English & Spanish), are always very pleasant & courteous. You get your order promptly & correctly. The place is always kept very clean. Probably the nicest Tim's in the gen'l metro Buffalo area for dine-in, take-out, or drive-thru.

Love their dark roast coffee... Their 2 for $4 sandwiches I always get sausage egg and cheese on english muffin. Plus great service here. Great prices.

Please bring back 24 hour coffee.
I love this one. Meadow is horabul and I have to drive to blv for 24 hour timmys to get coffee.

Great coffee if you can get it.. Very slow drive... I don't drink the coffee there. I hate the people coming out of there. They are the worst drivers.. I think it's the coffee that makes everyone of them crazy drivers. Its like crack to them.

Had a late night timmys run. And sometimes everyone is so quick to get out of there. But the worker that was on duty Travis was very polite and helped me out. Amazing service !

Always my favorite place for doughnuts. And now that they are opening in Houston, Texas I don't have to wait to come home to enjoy the coffee and breakfast.

Went there two times. Compared to amount of costumers they are fast. Very Tim Hortonish Tim Horton it was. Good quality and affordable.
