John was extremely helpful! I went in several times over the last couple of days to get my father set up with a new line and a new phone. John went out of his way each time to help us. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. This was all while multitasking, helping other customers as well. I would recommend this store to anyone! Alejandro, who I believe was a manager, was also helpful and courteous. Great customer service and support!

Bernie did such an amazing job. He was super attentive to what I wanted and helped me get everything all in order before I left the store. He was definitely very patient with me and my work schedule but still wanted to find some time for me so I was able to upgrade and get a new phone for my mom. Will be a returning customer and will be stopping by to say hi if I’m ever in the area. Cannot stress this enough, but thank you again Bernie. I love my new phone and so does mama poll! 😊

When I called into TMobile Care they messed up the number port and I thought they lost the phone number that I've had for 15 years and was having problems dialing out on my new phone. I went into the store and Bernie, not only fixed all the problems, he even kept the store open late on New Years Eve to make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. He was friendly and professional and actually cared that we left the store with working phones and the right numbers. Bernie seriously went above and beyond, I can't say enough good things about him and our experience at his store.

I just went in to replace my phone and John was extremely helpful. He stayed after hours to assist me so that I would not be without a phone since the store would be closed the following day. He also gave me vital information that I was unaware of previously as a TMobile customer. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went out of his way to help. I would strongly recommend this store and especially John for his customer service.

Better price for exactly what I needed.

Rochelle Rondon, the Store Manager, was great. I switched over 5 lines. She was helpful, friendly and held my hand because technology is not my strong suit. She helped me get the best promotions for my particular situation. Anyone thinking of switching, check out Sprint . They have some good promotions going on. I have 5 new phones and and am saving $150.00 over Verizon.
But even if it s a bit out of the way and not the closest store to you, drive to Wilmington!!!

I just left the Wilmington store where Cynthia was able to resolve a billing issue that I had. She was kind helpful and very professional. After speaking with her she realized what the issue was. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service the problem was fixed.

Such a great experience. Zack was super helpful. So easy switching front Verizon over to Sprint. Super nice and explained every little detail of the plan and what we are paying for. No hidden fees. Such a great experience.

Zachary and Xavier answered were patient and answered all our questions about a family plan. There was no pressure. Xavier even called other locations to verify they had the phones we wanted in stock.

Perfect costumer service. I just switch and they help me with everything I need. Location is perfect and the manager helps me really good even though I was there 3 times in one day, and I was learning everything with him. Thank you. !
