Staff is good service, but No new Funko.

This was one of my best visits to Hot Topic with my daughter and her friend. The salesman working the floor was named Nick and let me tell you he was awesome. He showed us all the deals and got us a dressing room right away. I wish the world had more people like Nick. The cashier I'm assuming was the manager on duty was also very nice and helpful. I wasn't sure if I would get a better deal with my coupon or the buy one get one free. He rang it both ways so I could get the best possible savings. Thank you Hot Topic staff.

Small place my teenager was happy with selection and customer service 10 out 10

From all the hot topics I've been at, this is the best one! better than the carson location. It may be smaller but the staff is very friendly and staff members Nerisa and Cervante always let me know what promotions I can use. Thank you guys for helping me save up money ! ❣

I had the greatest experience today! I had a very nice cashier named Jae ❤they was so energetic and the sweetest person ever! Jae was also very helpful and offered assistance if needed! Amazing service from Jae! Definitely will be coming back to that Hot Topic ❤‼

My visit was very nice I was welcome as we walked in side. The stuff asked if we needed help if so let her know I will go back.

I went in looking for the new Seinfeld pops for my little brother and I must say this establishment was very thorough and they followed the covid-19 guidelines very well. I’ve never had such a great deal of customer service before and their selection is off the charts. Not to mention that Esvin worker is very cute. I had a wet dream of him later that night. Overall highly satisfied and highly recommend!

The cashier was soooooo awesome. She made me want to spend more money. And her outfit and green hair and white contacts where awesome my daughter and mother loved her!

The employees were very helpful and cheerful. I really loved the vibes that my bf and I received during our visit. Can't wait to return!

My grandkids love anime. Hot Topic has a great selection of their favorite characters. My go to place for almost all their gifts.

To be honest, for this place bring inside of a mall, they have great deals and discounts!! I come here every year on birthdays and for Christmas shopping. I always end up spending way less than I thought I was going to spend!! I love this place
