My husband and I just received new phones because our new flip phones were unable to use after 1 month. This store hooked us up and then some! Thanks for the excellent support and customer service.

I want to apologize to your Owner, and the staff! Google asked me to review a store, it gave me yours. I have never been to your store, in Magnolia. I went to the Tmobil in Montgomery off of the 105. They were the ones who were rude.
Again I am sorry for this mistake.

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm a tech illiterate lost cause who never remembers passwords, but the owner worked patiently with me to find the right phone for me! He then walked me through process of switching everything to new phone, all while helping other customers that came in. He made us all feel as if we were top priority. The best experience I've ever had at ANY cellular store. He is my guy from now on.

We liked the initial services. We purchased new phones and covers. Zee showed us what covers he had for each phone. We picked which one we wanted and he put them on as well as screen covers. My wife discovered on the way home that she could not use any of the side buttons on the phone. The cover was to big and did not really protect the phone which was pointed out to Zee, but he said it was ok. We went back the next day (Friday). The only covers available where sparkly and not what my wife was looking for. Zee refunded the money for cover and said he would have more in on Monday. He did not actually refund the money but had charged us again. He did try and call us several times when he discovered his error. But he did not leave us a message stating who he was and why he was calling which I think he should have. Over the weekend the phone slipped out of my wife’s hand and fell causing the screen to crack, turned out it was the screen saver that cracked not the actual phone screen which was a relief. We returned on Monday to buy a new cover, but they still didn’t have any in. When my wife started telling him about the second charge for the cover that is when he told us he had tried to call us several times. He did refund most of both the charges but not all which we didn’t realize until later. We did not go back again for the 20 cents. We went to the Metro PCS store in Conroe and bought a new screen and phone cover. Their service was excellent and they had a lot of choices in covers.

Wonderful customer service, great deals,
great prices, and great devices I got an Alctel v3 today and the experience was amazing. Better than any other phone store I been in. At&t and Verizon got competition.

I am totally impressed with service at METRO PCS Our representative Zee was totally AMAZING AND VERY MUCH WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SERVICE US WITH THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS .... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BUDDY!! :)

I am extremely happy this location is under new management and new employees because some months back it was easier to just travel farther. I am extremely glad I can go locally now.
