My mom drives an old Explorer and James helped with her battery issues. He was patient and kind and helped diagnose the issue. The battery was under warranty but something else was going on. He sent us over to a repair place behind the store and we were taken care of promptly. Thank you!

Stopped in for a blown out bulb and 3 wiper blades. My experience was so awesome. I missed his name,but the gentleman with beautiful blue eyes is quite the character! He helped me and got me out in a flash all while installing everything for me. Thank you so much sir! You seriously saved the day.

Nice friendly people that are willing to help most of the time but also depend on who is working at the time. Never had an issue with anyone in the store and always polite. Just some stand wanting for people to check out.

Had to get towed here for a replacement battery. Harley took me right in got the right battery and installed in within 20 minutes. He was nice, understanding, and professional.

This location has awesome customer service! I went in because my battery died and I needed a new one, they were quick to let me know which one I needed, offered two different kinds of warranty and installed it for me. Kim and the assistant manager Sergio were more than helpful with everything.

I called ahead to make sure they had my wiper blades. He had them ready for me when I came in and he put them on for me! A big thank you to Shane for excellent customer service!
