T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This store & staff are hands down, the BEST I’ve ever experienced; EVERY time in. Since signing me up and getting my service started almost 2 years ago, they have helped me with every issue or question I’ve ever had, every time I’ve gone in. Most recently, they were able to quickly and easily fix a mistake made by another store after calling 611 was utterly useless, because all I got was a texting robot. If you’re looking for new service, and/or any kind of help, go in and get help from this EXCELLENT STAFF!

Jesse went out of his way to help me use the "find my phone" feature when I lost it at tjmaxx, so that was awesome. Very friendly and caring staff. One of his associates helped answer my questions today when I came in for something else. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable.

Without the help of Huhao R., Shayne I., and Jonathan M., I would have switched carriers. All three team members were super friendly and patient - each skillfully assisted multiple customers and were always checking in with me while I was waiting for further assistance with T-Mobile customer service. They were my advocate on multiple occasions during my multihour endeavour when communicating with the customer service line. Thank you Crossings Drive T-Mobile, you are the best team!

This review is for the Rocklin store and especially for Hundo. He was such a pleasure to work with. His patients and enthusiasm in helping me was a nice change from other retail customer service places I have experienced in the past. No question was to small or ridiculous to Hundo. He actmade my day! Thanks Hundo. 😊

This location is the best T Mobile store in the area. Always multiple staff, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There are actually closer T-Mobile stores to me and I have gone to them. It's worth a little extra drive to go to this one.

The team at T-Mobile at the Sierra Crossings location, especially Michael and Steven were fantastic to work with, they answered all of my questions and helped set up my new phone and home Wi-Fi easily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a home internet device over the phone, received the equipment and it didn’t really work well in my location so I attempted to return it but after talking to 7 different people for almost 3 hrs. Just to get a return shipping label to send it back. They were unable to help me! So I contacted my nearest store and Emily took care of it in 10 min! Her follow through and taking care of a problem that was clearly not her stores problem was impressive.

This particular TMobile has always gone above and beyond. They try to push us into anything. They just listen to our needs and make suggestions. It's like going to that knowledgeable friend to get helpful advice. I really appreciate this store.

The store was great. The manager in the store looked at the left message that was sent to me. He straight out said that I would need to call as he didn't have access to what the text of the offer said.
T-Mobile is a phone company in the business of making money. Bait and switch advertising is the reason I left AT&T. That and I was always made to feel like my standard of customer service was absurd. This was my first and last experience with T-Mobile. The text below says nothing about having to add a line to take advantage of the deal.
I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and the best they offered was $415 for my iPhone 8s and I would have to pay the difference of $365 for my "free" iPhone 12 as offered in the attached.
Bait and switch advertising at its finest. Shame on you T-Mobile. Never again.

Excellent service and professionalism. Had a problem with screen staying black even when phone was on...couldn't use settings or phone after a downloaded a notification from T-Mobile. Megan, in the store, and William at Central T-Mobile, were diligent and kept at it until it was working again. Thank you! Never had a poor experience here...always helpful and friendly.

Everytime I am here, I get great service. Customer service is top notch, they always answer my questions fully and I never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this store for all of your TMobile needs!
