Panera Bread

I have nothing to complain about. Bagels and cream cheese are good. Cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯 with honey walnut cream cheese hits the spot. They also have good breakfast sandwiches

Absolutely the best customer service out of all three panera's in the area.

I roll into this place right at 7:00 a.m. and they're open ready to go and have products available for me to get in and get out and get on my way to work!!!

How terrible with my life yep I'm rolling back through between 8:30 and 9:00 at night looking for something good and healthy nutritious to eat and it doesn't matter I've been in there as late as 8:59 and these guys still have the window open and ready to serve.

Sometimes I've got a big drive but I don't want the heavy coffee that late at night so I asked decaf and they're still okay with giving me a fresh proof decaf.

Mercedes was our cashier and she was amazing. I don't come to Panera very often and she was very patient with me explaining all of the options on the menu. She had a great smile and made the experience fun. I was having a bad day and she made me laugh and change things around. Thank you Mercedes!

I would love to have one closer to home or even in El Dorado County. Eating healthy is important.

Decent food and healthy options to choose from. Great service nice clean bathrooms. Everything is very nice. My salad was good size and flavorful!

Panerai is such a great place to enjoy a meal. I personally love the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken or fuji apple salad. Their cinnamon rolls are ridiculous! Their bakery department is so yummy! Next I will b trying their new sandwiches.

I visited this particular Panera bread with my crush from the 5th grade its 20 years later now and it was the best !!! Friendly staff and fast service .

This review is about one associate who brings a smile to my face every morning. Anna is so sweet and always has the best demeanor she's a gem at the store. I have been lucky to have her as an associate on my order several times and her sweet attitude never fails.

Omg! My opinion has really done an about-face with regard to Panera. I was not a big fan before, but now I am. My reason...their sour cherry and cheese pastry!

I had an issue where I placed an online order for a later pickup and then got an email that the order was ready about 6 minutes after I placed the order, not when I asked for it to be ready. It was almost 30 minutes before I could get to the store, so of course the soup was cold. I filled out a survey for my order experience and less than 24 hours later, the store manager (Alex) called me and was extremely helpful and completely resolved the issue for me. They were having computer glitches so that's all it was. I've always had great experiences at the Rocklin Panera, so this was definitely not the norm. Thank you Alex and Panera for the great food and customer service.

Came here while my Tesla was being serviced. Great staff, clean place. It's Panera so no surprise on the food, tried the newer fried chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised.

I love Panera, their light roast coffee is actually pretty decent and prices are very reasonable. Pastries are delicious - loved their orange scones and chocolate candy cookies. You can get a coffee and a pastry under $6, which isn't too bad. California almost chicken salad sandwiches are great!

Clean place with good food. Shout out to Mercedes who took our order, with a big smile and a great personality!

The favorite salad for me is their summer strawberry chicken salad.

I got a different one tonight and it was still tasty.

My favorite thing is that they let you customize the salads. Their French baguette is always tasty too!

This panera location was off to a rocky start. But for the last 2 years I am so glad that I have this amazing resource so close to home. I can always stop by and get something amazing for breakfast, or lunch or even pick up something on the way home for dinner using their pretty user friendly app! This app makes it so easy to look at the menu and get our favorites I only wished the rewards were more in line with what we normally order. I don't need that much soup!

Had a nice lunch at Panera Bread. Got the creamy wild rice soup and it was good. The bakery items were very tasty!

I bought the egg, sausage and brioche bread sandwich and OMG it was Amazing!!!! Up until that point I was getting much heavier sandwiches however once I opened the box I knew I was in for a treat. I found my new favorite, thank you to the staff for putting this beautiful masterpiece together:) 👍

This Rocklin location was very nice. Clean facility, and fresh food.
