The Lemoyne Sprint store location has the best team. Jamal was very helpful with my upgrade. He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The store manager and the other associate were very helpful too. You know when you upgrade or you are getting your first phone it will take a little while to complete the upgrade or purchase. The sales team worked to keep the time to a minimum. Great Team at this location :)

Outstanding customer service! Rarely do I find knowledgeable and great customer service together. Most surveys ask if I was in and out in 20 seconds and were all my questions answered. Seriously? The 3 guys who work at the Lemoyne store surpass going the extra mile. I didn't buy my phone from them, (online from Sprint) and I didn't initiate service from them. They had no vested interest in helping me other than my plea for help. They took the time to run diagnostics on my phone, They contacted Google and ran more diagnostics. They took my phone to the UbreakIfix place and offered to pick it up when completed as I don't drive. Wow! When I went back to pick up my phone I had time to watch these guys interact with multiple customers, even a difficult one. All were greeted and served with respect, patience and pleasant customer service. What a great team! Tim, Ty and Jamal-Thank you for making a trying situation so positive and showing that you really cared. It was a pleasure meeting all of you! And Sprint-take notice-this is not the nearest store to me, but it is by far the best!

Just came to the store today with my girlfriend. I personally had an issue with my current phone and needed an upgrade bad.Tim helped me get everything in order to obtain a new phone. Later on he helped upgrade my girlfriends phone. The customer service I received was far superior ,compared to any other carriers store I have dealt with. Sprints customer service has always been a solid experience, and my experience today solidified that.

Called them stopped by for the WiFi now being offered in my area very courteous and knowledgeable young woman helped me through the whole process very pleased and highly recommend for sure thank T-Mobile

I came in this store with a virus on my phone and I don't have Sprint. Tim listened to all my concerns and current issues with my phone, app, gmail and play store. Tim fixed all these issues and concerns plus restored my contacts and photos which boost and metro p c s could care less. This is the best mobile carrier with knowledgeable employees and their manager Tim is AWESOME.. I CHOOSE SPRINT!!! THANK YOU TIM
