Dunkin'

I only had one issue here when they didn’t have what I wanted which I ordered on the app, that was easily resolved because I got it the next day! I do absolutely love when Monique is there she always gets my order right & make sure I’m happy with my iced coffee:) never had rude staff here SO FAR!

Stopped in for a quick dozen to take to co-workers and grab a quick coffee; both were fresh and donuts were delicious according to the people that ate them.
Coffee did the trick once I added my special creamer.
Store was neat and clean.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Went thru drive-through for a Chai Latte.

Great Service, Guacamole toast and Bacon egg Cheddar bites delicious.

Incredible staff! Never failed to make my day when I visit. Especially this beautiful girl who wears a scarf. Her smile is amazing. Also, the coffee is always fresh. There’s absolutely nothing that I dislike about this place. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great place people seem to get along with each other. Smiling and willing to wait patiently for you to give them your order. I haven't been to a Dunkin in years, so I needed to look the menu over. Will be back 😁 place was clean. Very impressed 🙌👍. Now I can get my fix on! Love donuts!😍

I wasn't going to give a star rating since the current employment scarcity causes issues that cause the stars to be weighted incorrectly, but Google forced me to. The best I can say is if you go, please be patient. They are incredibly short staffed and yet they still do a reasonably good job. If they make a mistake, don't yell and scream. Just politely inform them and they will fix it. Check your 'tude at the door/drive through and everyone will be served.

Their egg wraps are better than Starbucks', the staff was cool and my kiddo loved a special treat before school.

I much prefer Dunkin' donut to Maple anytime I'm just really sorry that they close the store that I used to go to all the time they were always really helpful and I like the service back then I can walk in there say hey Charlie how are you doing your regular and they would bag it up and have it ready along with my coffee couldn't ask for more than that try Dunkin' donuts I think you'll find it's a great donut much better than some of the others

I always get my drink quickly despite them being short-staffed recently. They are also always friendly and nice even when they seem very busy. I really appreciate this location!

I've read a lot of negative reviews, and I have to wonder if people were being rude to the staff first. Every experience I've ever had @ this location has been superb. They remember your name, they'll treat you special. The ONLY thing you as a consumer needs to do in return is treat them with respect. They've gone well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I always have a successful visit.

Retail work isn't for everyone. I think the person that just waited on us at the drive thru should consider a career field that doesn't require dealing with customers.

Quick service and Friendly staff.

It was a pleasure to stop in at this location today. The staff was incredibly friendly and was able to make a couple of suggestions that I hadn't considered for my drink order.

They are leagues ahead of what the location was only a few mere years ago.

Donuts are wonderful. Especially loved the toasted coconut. The new Dunkin in Summerdale is lovely. Very nice seating area with a fireplace on the wall. Very cozy. Hope all the stores remodel like this. You actually want to spend some time there.

Drive thru is speedy and coffee is da best!

Stella was amazing! She was wonderful to our kids, let them get a better look at the donuts, and made the experience special for them. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts and Stella is a gem of an employee!

Thank you for getting my order correct everytime last week. It would be nice to have a place to sit inside though.

I stop every once in while in the morning, and to be honest with you I was a little hesitant because the line was so long but everything went very quick and I was pleasantly surprised to get my food nice and hot and quick
