Very friendly and helpful. The staff go beyond their duty and help with print services.

The staff was very professional, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome in their store. I had several problems that they helped me with, they even stayed late when the company I was having to fax things to's fax machine wouldn't accept the connection. All and all it was a good experience. They helped me out more in the hour I was there than the company I was trying to work with had in 6 months.

After dealing with a company that had the worst customer service I have ever had, this store was a breath of fresh air! The employees were extremely helpful over the phone and in person. They were so very kind and it was greatly appreciated! In the future when I have to ship anything I will be going back here guaranteed. Thank you for your service!!!

Find it hilarious the amount of uneducated people that don't realize this is just a retail storefront that UPS picks up from, & has nothing to do with actual UPS sorting or delivering their packages.

UPS store Great place was treated very well I called and was checking to see if they got a fax that was sent there for me and the Man said no not yet !
And he said he would call me when he did get the fax was less than a hour he call me and let me know he had The fax for me

The staff here has always treated me well and often goes above and beyond what they are responsible for doing. I would recommend this UPS Store.

Wonderful experience at this store. Young gentleman opened the door for me, helped me tape boxes and offered some slips to but my return labels in.
