Dustin was awesome! Got a new phone, which I love, and he made sure to give me the best deal they could offer. It took a while for my phone to transfer but he kept conversation throughout the whole process and made it a much less painful situation

I like my sales girl she was extremely smart and I will be back at the store in Bluefield, Virginia as I am close by in Bluefield, West Virginia. I love my S23 its an amazing phone better then my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max which the resolution on my S23 is amazing which is better then the Apple phone and much easier to used. Logan is our go to guy, he's the best. We go there just for him. However, Courtney is incredible as well. I highly recommend them. We've got multiple devices with Verizon, and continue to keep going back because of Logan, he never fails to help us in every way.

Had to make in store payment, haven't been in a store in 6 months and was unsure about it, the bluefeild store was set up perfect. I was handle quickly, and safely, staff had personal protection and distancing was in affect, had sanitizers where available, I will go again safe and sure I'll be in and out, no problem they take my saftey seriously.

He was excellent at helping us pick out the phone that met our needs. He could of sold us a much more expensive phone but took the time to see exactly what we used phone for and sold us exactly what we needed. Will be lifetime customer thanks to him.
