Michael has always been very kind and courteous. Additionally they keep their restrooms clean and smelling good. Those two things alone have made me a loyal customer.

The store is always clean and orderly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. What more would one need?

Lady with long blonde hair working here has a great, and positive attitude. They also sell farm fresh milk.

I have been to this store too many times to count and havnt had a bad experience until I was disrespected by the elder lady with grey hair normally working Sunday's. I was curious about a flashlight on a display cap, so I checked it out with intention to buy. She stopped her conversation and with a raised voice asked "is that going to help you?" I put it back grabbed a water and asked if I wasnt allowed to look at merchandise. She replied "its my Friday and I'm tired of stupid people, I get in trouble for people touching things". She called me stupid for looking at the merchandise. I will never spend my money at that store again if they continue to employ miserable people with zero customer service skills.

Horrible horrible cashier! My husband and I stopped at the station as we do every day and as I used the restroom my husband purchased some cheese dip and proceeded to hear it in Altas microwave. Upon leaving the store clerk stopped my husband and accused him of stealing something! We waited there for this clerk ( Joshua Jackson ) to rewind the security cameras at which time he called his manager and she instructed the clerk (Joshua Jackson ) to let it go and apologize. The clerk ((Joshua Jackson ) never apologized and then lied to us about what time his manager would be in the following day so we could return and speak with her. Joshua Jackson was totally out of line and made a scene Infront of other customers only to find out he was wrong about his accusation. My husband and I have been regulars at that store for over 3 years and are in disbelief of the way the store clerk (Joshua Jackson ) treated us even after he figured out he was wrong! Alta has lost 2 very loyal customers. If I wanted to be treated like garbage I would have gone to the DMV!!!!!
