McDonald's

Just stopped by from a road trip and the experience was surreal. Was immediately greeted by super friendly customer service once you open the entrance door. Food (which was fresh & delicious) was personally brought out mere minutes after ordering at the kiosk. Even the manager cared to ask us if we needed anything else. Definitely made the quick McDonald’s experience a positively pleasant one. Amazing, keep it up!

Coming home from a concert hungry and being 11:45 p.m. quiet possibly their last customer for the night, we got hot fries!!!! As well as the hamburgers being fresh as well! The young man in the drive thru was patient and very friendly!

I like to create my own hamburger..I can do that here.

I've stopped here three times and always go into to the lobby. The employees were bright and friendly, and refreshingly competent in today's day and age of terrible fast food employees. The food is as expected (McMuffins are terrible for you, but taste so good), no issues there, and service was fast. All three times there was a young lady managing the store who seemed to have good relationship with her employees and kept everything on track.

Very efficient in my eyes on my takeout order.

This is a nice McDonald's, I always have a pretty okay service coming here. They are always pretty nice, quick, and able to get me through the line fast. The place is clean and looks organized. I like the workers they keep here, and the food is good (just like any other McDonald's lol). I would recommend this place, the service is fast and easy.

We stopped by and got egg mcmuffins, let me tell you I've been all over the U.S. and this was one of the best one I have ever had! Keep up good work!!

The food was made hot and fresh but I asked for no lettuce to which it had and paid for extra sauce that I did not get and it had a ton of onions. I don't live local and was in a hurry to get to my destination or I am sure they would have fixed the mistake.

It was clean, very well stocked and the person taking our order made sure to tell us about the deal that was going on and that was great cause it saved me money! Also gave us a large drink at no extra cost which was so nice! I think she may have been the manager! She was just extra nice and funny! I will definitely be back!

Food was good and hot but they need to answer the phone

I liked my visit. The food came out fast. The only thing, I ordered 4 happy meals for the kids and they all got the same toy. They said they were out all the others.

A classic mcdonalds good food good prices quick service and i left with a full stomach they aim high and acheive high always good for family or just a quick bite

I had to wait on fries for the Big Mac meal for a few minutes. This was good, because I had a special order on the burger. Sometimes they will put the fries on the tray while the burger was working. This time, everything hit the tray at the same time. The food was all hot when I got it. The place was clean. It was what you want from a McDonald's.

I rarely do McDonald's but we were on the road. The young lady at the counter was awesome, helpful and a huge promoter for this storefront at 431 Marietta Rd, Springville, AL 35146. I wish I had gotten her name but I bet if you stop in you'll get the same treatment.

My food was hot. Drive thru was busy but it moved fairly quickly. They didn't get my order correct. I went back attend and they fixed it for me. Everyone was friendly.

I would normally never give a McDonald's a 5 bc it is what it is, but both the person that took my order and the lady who bagged my food were extremely nice and they both made sure they heard my order correctly and checked the bag to make sure everything was in it before giving me my food.
This may not seem like a big deal, but it's rare any McDonald's associate is helpful AND nice

The staff greeted me with smiles and quickly took my order...I asked for a chicken sandwich...light on mayo....double pickles...when I received my order...chose a seat..and opened the wrapper..the mayo was not light at all as I specified...I say back..and reflected on my mistakes..miscalculations..of my on making as I too once had and infant at home cried all night...or a leaky roof I spent until work time repairing..or the bottle of white out and erasers along the way that not for them...well let's just say...We are all perfectly imperfected due to many factors and tragedies on this road of life we all travel upon...I $imply separated the slices of buns and a couple secs later enjoyed that sandwich as if nothing ever happened...H.B.O...Help a Brother Out....I call it...the parking and lighting is excellent...safe and secure..well kept..clean..fairly modern facility..I recommend this as family friendly to all passers..by....I wish everyone Safe Travels and Merry Christmas...Happy New Year..to all

This is the best, most efficiently run McDonald’s I have ever been too and it starts with the management all the way down to the workers! They are great! Very personable and helpful! The restaurant is always sooo clean never seen a fly in it! Overall great place!

Love stopping here best service and good food. They are always so friendly

Amazing staff, clean restrooms, and their ice cream machine WAS NOT BROKE!!
