Dunkin has been our go to place for a quick bite, snack and coffee. This place has amazing customer service. All their staff are friendly and makes sure you are satisfied with your order.

Was passing through town today and stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts. I was impressed with the friendly, courteous, and fast service. Coffee was great. Definitely stop by if you're passing through.

I would rate it a five normally as there is usually great service. Not today. Plus the ground scape is looking a little ragged. The previous operator had excellent service and everything always looked pristine.

This is the most efficient Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I come home for a visit once a year and I am here every morning. The people are so sweet and have gotten my order right every single time.

Best staff!! Great coffee. So glad to have DD's in Troy. They even give lollipops to the kids on the occasions when I'm just grabbing a quick cup and not ordering for the whole family. Keep up the great work

The men and women of this Dunkin Donuts are super friendly and extremely fast even during the morning rush. They never get your order wrong and always have everything ready in record time.

Very nice staff! Ed was clerk's name!! Excellent customer service, multi tasked better than any other staff member I have seen there!!! Definitely hire more staff like him. Best experience my family and I have had at the Troy Pa. Dunkin donuts!!!!

Fast service early afternoon. Coffee was hot and fresh. Used drive through.

This is how a business should be run! Everyone is super nice, my order is always right,and they help me modify my beverages so that they are not too sweet for me when I want something other than black coffee.

Friendly workers that are always right there to welcome and serve you when you walk in the door. Building is kept nice and clean. And of course, you get the great Dunkin' food and drink!

I come here regularly as an escape from my home office to do work and study for classes. Everyone here is amazing, kind, and if you think they cannot understand English maybe you should make sure you are annunciating your words properly.

The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The parking is difficult because the only way to exit is through the drive through line. That's the only con.

Love this particular staff here at Troy Dunkin'. Polite, helpful, fast service and they have never messed up an order. A++++

Troy DD makes the best French vanilla iced coffee.I dont all the sugar and they are good at always fixing it as I love it.The staff is wonderful.

The new manager at this location is the greatest. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The person that trained him must be an excellent trainer. GREAT location.

Everything you would expect from a Dunkin but I can't say enough about the service. Over the top. You are sure to have a good day after a visit here.
