I’ve been going here for years. I’ve always had good service, fresh food and all done in a timely manner. Maybe out of ten years had my order messed up once or twice. Don’t know why the reviews are bad. It’s McDonald’s not Texas Roadhouse guys. Love the Ardmore location.

Quick stop to fill hungry bellies. The woman who helped us was so kind and sincere. Made the dining experience so much better than other fast food places.

I recently visited McDonald's, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The service was quick and friendly, and my order was accurate. The food was delicious, with the classic Big Mac and fries hitting the spot just right. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. McDonald's continues to deliver on its promise of convenient, tasty fast food, and I'll definitely be returning soon.

This is the best McDonald's that I have visited in North Alabama. They still have an indoor playground that is worth visiting.

The indoor playground was awesome!! Not too many McDonald’s with indoor playgrounds left!! This was an excellent stop on our road trip with young kids on a rainy day.

Interestingly, an exceptional stop on my recent trip. This McDonald's was clean, contemporary, and full of folks who enjoyed their jobs. Quite a contrast to a normal fast food experience. Kudos to the management, who led the culture by being friendly and engaging with workers and guests alike.

The best wait time and food quality McDonalds hands down I have had in a very freaking long time. We stopped by from out of town and I was very very impressed by the food quality. I cannot remember the last time I had hot and fresh fries from McDonalds. The people who live here are so spoiled! Jealous.

Hot this place just right. Went through the drive thru and got a fish and fries. Both so hot you had to be careful. Their fries 🍟 are the best when fresh and hot, at least to me.

This McDonald's in Ardmore is always 👌🏾 with us. Coming off the highway going into Huntsville to drop of my children at college is a good stop for us.

I went through the drive through today and a young lady name hannah derreberry helped me with all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She was very fast, helpful, and polite 100% recommend this service!!

I mean, it is a McDonald's, I don't know what you expect. Yeah, they mess up the orders fairly often, but consider yourself lucky that the McDonald's employees have graced your life by adding their own spin to your order. They were always there for a quick meal at a fairly cheap price; I cannot ask for more.

These people try their best to serve food in a fast manner, it’s easy to mess up orders so you need to be clear and concise whenever you order your food. Order your food fresh, and hot. It’s an easy fix. Even then, these people have a lot on their plates when working here. When people have to rush to make every order, it’s likely they may mess up here and there. These people are humans too. They don’t mean to mess your order up. Be patient and even if they don’t get it right, communicate with the staff, communication helps improve the service and performance of each and every crew member. There’s always someone new learning to do the job- a lot of people quit too. So you might have a bad experience with them forgetting something or doing something mistakenly. Just always forgive them! I always go back when my family wants something from there, they might forget something once in awhile but they’re capable of learning from these mistakes. These people try to do their jobs as best as they can when they have very little time to invest in each customer. They improve over time when they’re on job longer, that’s the best part about being human.

Just tried the new spicy chicken nuggets. They gave me half freshly made ones and half that had been under the heating lamp briefly. Both were equally delicious. The burn never overtook the taste and made for a satsfying experience. Please keep the new spicy chicken nuggets on the menu, I wanna come back for more.

Ordered a large black iced coffee as a pit stop driving from Nashville to Huntsville and the coffee was excellent! And friendly employees!
