Cracked Egg Cafe

Our first time visiting for breakfast, and we were happy! Our server was very friendly with us and other customers. The food was good and prices were reasonable. It was very clean and welcoming. I hope this business does well!

Love this place and everything about it ❤ The staff was so friendly and helpful and can't say enough about the food. My husband ordered the Mikey's Way 2 giant pancakes with his eggs and bacon and sausage in the middle, not sure if there was anything else between the beautiful pancakes because he ate it up. I had the Oh Yeah which was hashbrowns topped with a homemade biscuit fabulous REAL SAUSAGE GRAVY with my 2 over med eggs on top and melted cheddar cheese what more can I say. My 8 year old grew wanted the chicken mac which was macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken. Since it was 11 we let her have lunch and came with a fruit cup with the biggest strawberries and blackberries along with pineapple and blueberries. The owner was kind enough to chat for a bit and was super nice. It is a must check out!!! They did everything right ✅

When they first opened I wasn't impressed, but I was just in there today 3/16/24 and the service and food was top notch. I had the breakfast sandwich and fruit cup, and although it was a relatively easy breakfast it was absolutely divine. The bacon was cooked perfectly not too crispy but not soggy. They even upgraded my small to go coffee to a large at no extra cost. I can't wait to go back and try other things.
The changes made from my first experience, to todays is what I strive for as a small business owner myself.

Just looking at the storefront, this place may not look like much. That is a mere illusion and I beg of you, give them a try. The space is enormous, bright, and clean. The employees are welcoming and polite. The food was also delicious. Since this was our first time, we simply got breakfast sandwiches and shared an order of Biscuits and gravy. The sandwiches were piping hot and tasty. The biscuits and gravy, while delicious, were barely warm... which I find happens a lot with this dish wherever I get it. Definitely will be back to try more things!!

The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was very kind. We also talked with the owner and he was very kind as well. We'll definitely had to come back and pick something new from the menu. They have so many choices.

The portions are huge especially for the price. I like that when you order a meal everything that should come with it and then some. The only disappointment was the hash was canned and not house made like at other places; however the rest of the meal amd service made up for it! Definitely recommend a visit here.

At this point, I've eaten here quite a few times.
Overall,the food is good!
I've tried several items on the menu, and most are good.
I'm glad to see they're trying new things often.
The service is always great.

We Loved it! I had Pancakes & the pancakes are Huge with a very tasty butter & litrally the size of the plate, I just got the plain 3 stack of pancakes with a side of bacon & my husband got the baked potato with bacon, cheese, sausage gravy & he said it was delicious also. Their coffee was really good to, the waitress was also very kind! We did not leave hungry that's for sure! We will definitely visit again.

The service was good. The food was also good the menu was full of unique offerings such as pictured a giant baked potato with eggs meat and sausage gravy (pictured) prices were also fair the rest of the menu looked great too and all menu items are served all day

The food was very good.. That one portion was enough for two people. I can say the food was definitely amazing and will be back. Prices are reasonable.

First time trying the Cracked Egg and I will most certainly be back! I started off strong with the Cracked Egg Breakfast 🥞 but had to take home half of it because it was so big 🙈 Completely no regrets because the left overs reheated tasted just as good! The pancakes are probably the biggest and fluffiest I’ve seen in Stark! There were several other items on the menu I can’t wait to go back and try! Two thumbs up from me for sure!

We walked in the rain and came in soaked they were kind enough to give us paper towels to dry off

2. Omg the portions are massive 1 order is enough to feed 2 people not one and there food is amazing

The pancakes are great but there the size of car hub caps so expect a To go box period

If your really hu guy cone here you won't be disappointed!

Atmosphere here is also amazing g and homey with good music

Absolutely delicious! I don't usually eat breakfast, but today, I decided to stop in have something to eat. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were absolutely delicious, and enormous! The best way to describe this is that they are larger than my entire hand, and you get THREE of them. I was only able to finish one and a half, so I have some breakfast to enjoy tomorrow morning. Amanda was super friendly, energetic, and made sure everything was taken care of with a smile! The price was also very good for the amount and quality of food you get. I really enjoyed eating here, and I will definitely be back for more!

We had a party of 18 and everything was fantastic!

The food was delicious, portions were big, and the service was absolutely on point!!
The atmosphere is perfect as there was plenty of room and it's it's so bright and clean!
Their entire team took great care of us!!

Highly, highly recommend this restaurant for your your next get together and meals!!

This is a great place with excellent service. We went for breakfast today and it was delicious. I've also been there for lunch and it was equally delicious. The servers are friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for anything they frequently check in with you. All around a great place to have a meal. Can't wait to go back for dinner some night.

The food is excellent. The Owner Nelson makes people feel welcomed. Staff is always polite and considerate to your needs. Cooks make it worth your dining experience.

EDIT: My husband and I decided to give this place another chance after seeing there was a new owner. Boy, am I glad we did!!! Our breakfast experience was very favorable! We were cheerfully greeted and had a great breakfast. Both our meals were hot, fresh and of ample proportions! We will absolutely be back again for breakfast and are up for trying lunch and/or dinner. Thank you to your great staff for changing our opinion of your place !! For those of you that didn’t care for the old establishment you really must give them another try!! We’ll be back!

My husband and I tried this place 2 weeks after they opened and had an awful experience. Decided to wait a while and give them another try. Same experience...awful. Will NOT give them a third chance.
There was only one other table with customers when we went in. There were no employees to be found so we seated ourselves. No sign at the door that said they would seat us. The hostess chastised us for sitting, they would have done it, but we had already stood waiting for 5 minutes.
I ordered an omelet w cheese and mushrooms. Server came back, out of mushrooms, so I ordered eggs over med. We waited 50--I kid you not-- 50 minutes for eggs and French toast!!! Never once did the server come over and refill our coffee while we were waiting for our breakfast. Food finally came out and my eggs were fried crispy and over hard!! My husbands French toast had no butter. I asked for the check when she brought our food for fear we would never see her again. It took an additional 20 minutes to get our bill and have her process it.
I'm not sure how service can be so extremely opposite for the other patrons giving a 5 star review unless they know the owners or don't mind spending 1 1/2 hours eating a simple breakfast.

Ate dinner here last night. Food was good, burger was a fresh patty and boy did they not skimp on size. They have specials so be sure to check those out. Under new management and the changes are in the right direction. The waitress was friendly and checked on us through the meal. This experience was not at all like the old Broken Egg. Support local and the new owner; he’s gone from food truck to restaurant and his location needs some foot traffic since they are nestled in behind other known locations. Oh, and they have carry out and food delivery service options for your convenience. Look for upcoming growth. I hear Santa is coming to their location, which would be fun to take the little ones to.
