I work close by so I semi frequently get food from here. 9/10 times food is fresh, warm/hot, and is better than my average McDonald’s experiences
A lot of times they’re super busy so I avoid and choose a different option for lunch. If the drive through isn’t super busy , it’s worth it

Very impressed with this location. Friendly staff, hot & delicious food. First time in many years that McDonalds has exceeded our expectations. Clean resturant & bathrooms. They brought the food to our table and asked if we needed anything else to make our time there more pleasant. Really? Wow! I had the McChicken sandwich, fries, and drink. Again, food was hot, and fresh. McDonald’s #30586 on Lyon Center Dr in New Hudson, MI is the place to go!

this is one of the best prepared McDonald's I've been to. they service probably as many people a day as any, and there's never a wait. many others shod maybe take lessons from this location.

I ordered curbside and I drive a semi so you have to wait at a bench outside when you order at least for now while covid is still going on the food was good the guy that brought my food was nice and got a large fry for a dollar with ordering on the app.

Second time at this location on Sunday afternoon because power was out at Milford restaurant again. Not busy at all. Friendly good looking employees, clean atmosphere, nice air conditioning, and hot food at great prices! Looking forward to returning.

Sooooo fresh Big Mac!!! Coke was perfect. Fries were really hot and fresh.

Looks like they got way better, since 3 years ago when they did the first update I hadn't gone inside until today. Looks way better, and with the app. it save you way more time. Food gets a 4 ⭐ ....

I don't normally review fastfood because it's all generally the same, good or bad, but I'd just like to say I really appreciate those who work here! You can tell they are busting their butts at all times. Good people, good service, yummy fries lol <3

OMG this McDonald's is one of the few who can actually get an order right. I usually order close to home but got here while at kensington and let me tell you EVERYTHING was correct which is nice being my orders are ALWAYS huge

Good food and the customer service is incredible. His name is Lyle. Great attitude and awesome customer service this is by far my favorite mcdonalds. All the others should take notes from this guy

Tonight I was one of those typical bad customers who comes to the drive thru before close and orders a ton of food. The woman who took my order and helped cater to a bunch of silly food specifications was absolutely the most accommodating she could have been five minutes or less before closing. Thank you immensely, I appreciate you!

Always quick and great service with a smile

Used the mobile app to order a quick after shopping snack for myself and my son. Shortly after we arrived, an employee came out to let us know that they were waiting for the cookie oven to warm up and that the order would be ready soon. My son was THRILLED to get fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies! And a huge hat's off to the staff for the personal friendliness in completing our order!

This McDonald's is awesome. They hustle and keep it clean. Great staff every time

I used to deliver, a couple different pizza places, that's why when I got money from the delivery I didn't know if I had to go back, and pay for the pizza, get the tip, your commercial I get to keep all my tips, I then with out criticism. Yeah duh, but if you have never done delivery before you don't know, and normally I know where I'm going before I take the order, I know you want keep deliveries fair, and not coast,to much,then fair for who ,we went 10 miles out, if I know where the order was going no way,we ended up in Novi, not bad,then the next one sent us further away. And a bad tip

We come here often. Some times the orders wrong but most times its correct. Today we had a big breakfast order and it was incorrect so we called it in and spoke with Laura(?) and she was so freaking nice. Unfortunately breakfast was over by the time we got back there and she was super polite and even called us back to make sure we didn't accidentally go to another McDonald's (we had to make a 15-20min stop on the way there) to get a replacement order. Super awesome!

This McDonald's has the drive-thru open. I was there at 7am and ordered food for 5 people and pulled into a numbered parking space to wait. The wait was short, food was fresh and hot, and the delivery person was cheerful and courteous.

Our food was correct even with special orders, hot and as expected. Server was polite and friendly. People often deduct stars because it's McDonald's food, I don't think that's fair. You knew you were going to McDonald's, don't deduct stars because they don't serve the food that a fancier restaurant does!!
