Great store with a good selection of games. The employees are super friendly and helpful, especially Kristy, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

This GameStop used to be my go to location, the one in Jone’s Valley is my favorite now since they moved into a bigger location, but this store is still my second favorite to go to. They have a good selection of games here despite the small size. I got the new Hot Wheels Unleashed game half off on Black Friday without any issues so I’m happy with shopping here.

Brandon was SUPER friendly and helpful when I brought in a defective PS5 controller. Got me a new one with no trouble whatsoever. Definitely recommend and appreciate him!!

Awesome store. This is the one we usually go to. Today the cashier was Ashton, and he was amazing. Had no issue answering questions and making sure we got what we wanted. Super friendly and polite. Happy to talk to us about upcoming games. The store was clean and looked great.

This is my kids go to place for all their gaming needs and the staff have always been professional and patient whenever my kids ask questions about any product or game on the market. The staff always greet you when entering, and that kind of welcome is always a pleasure to see. It shows that they care about their customers.

Good store, ample selection of games.

The sales associates were extremely proficient here compared to the store I entered in South Huntsville. They processed the requests/purchases of myself and several other customers quickly, exchanged my previous purchase, and made a good suggestion for additional merchandise for my son. Great job.

This GameStop is the best. The store is clean. It is always stocked with excellent collectibles and merch. All the staff are incredibly friendly. They are always giving helpful advice and you can always come here for some fun gamer conversation. All ages are always welcome. I come in with my spouse and small child all the time and it’s always enjoyable.

The employees are awesome here. Just remember to have patience cause they're limited by the rules of the company.

Staff super charming and fun to talk to! Very knowledgeable about the games and tech they keep in stock. A pretty wide inventory of new and used games and a ton of fun merch to look through. Always happy to order something if they don't have it in stock.

Not my normal Gamestop but plenty good. Gamestops used to be great. And then they weren't so great...but recently they seem to have really started to focus on customers again. They may not be the way you want to buy games anymore, especially since digital is so much easier, but if you need hardware or if you are a toy collector like me, they should definitely be on your toy run. I ALWAYS find Black Series figures at their stores, and not just peg warmers.

Wonderful and patient employees. They got me everything I needed after searching on the computer then going to the back to find it.

Just left this store a few minutes ago. Employees helped me find a very specific Fallout Keychain figurine that I'd bought for my brother months ago at a different store and lost. I'd searched the store for quite some time and couldn't locate anything like it. He found the one left of the exact figure I was looking for behind a bunch of other random items. Ironically enough, the employee was wearing the same Fallout shirt as the figurine I was looking for. Very helpful, positive experience. Wish I'd had more stuff to buy at the time.

The employees are so helpful!! My son actually got a lot more for his trades than we thought he would! If you ever have questions about anything they can definitely help you!

My boyfriend and I visit here about once a month. Always a very friendly person behind the counter. Very knowledgeable and doesn't talk down to or condescend me(because I'm a female) like many, MANY gamestop employees do. They always have a ton of clearanced games and merch, which is where I do most of my shopping in there. We've bought many games there and never had a problem. We don't do trade-ins, so we can't comment on the quality of that area.

Went in with my son. They have cool collectable action figures and funkos and games for all systems. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

This is one of the best GameStops I have visited! The employees are really nice and ready to help if you need them. They are very knowledgeable about all things gaming. I would recommend this GameStop above any other!
