Had a great experience today. There is a new manager named Trey that is amazing! He is the best one I have seen there. He was helping all guest and was so nice to everyone he encountered. You need to do whatever means possible to keep him around.

This McDonald's is the best for me and my family. They are the sweetest and they always do their best with our meals. The playground is always fun for my littles to play in and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I can't eat bread and when I get my burgers bunless with extra lettuce they always make it into the best salad style. I appreciate this establishment in the Chelsea community and will always support them!

Friendly service. Clean dining room. Fresh hot coffee. Decent tasting breakfast. Great location.This location could use someone to take care of the customers inside. It’s a struggle most mornings just to pay for and receive a coffee. Using the kiosk doesn’t make it go any better. On a positive note the gentleman who does maintenance is very kind and is very helpful.

This place has never left me hanging. The wait time in drive thru is remarkable. The line moves fast, and employees in the window are friendly beyond measures. They really give you the impression that they really want to be there

I am spoiled by this McDonalds.

Y'all.....the shake machine works! The fries were hot and the burger barely fit in the box.
This location is out of the way for us but may have to become the way.
Oh and we ordered some chocolate chip cookies.....they made them fresh!

I can’t say enough good things about our local McDonald’s! The family who owns and runs this establishment consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Their warm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. The staff’s dedication to ensuring a positive experience is truly commendable. Kudos to this fantastic team for their hard work and outstanding customer service!

The evening team at this McDonald’s is incredible! I ran into a small mishap with my order this evening but they jumped on the ball and remade everything completely fresh. They even refunded my money for my trouble. These folks are awesome!

Hey, folks the ice cream machine was working. Chelsea has a gentleman that works there cleaning the dinningroom. He always helps us get the best price on our order.

I'm positive the food was good, after all the drive in line never went down the whole time I was there, but me, I was uploading a new hires documents and it was taken too long with my mobile hotspot, and McDs saved the day. Thanks for standing out there in these times of need, like forgetting to send the documents the day before when you were suppose to. (: As soon as the doc delivered, I rewarded myself to a small fry.

McDonald's has really stepped up their game the couple times I've been there this week. The employees have been great and the food was hot and fresh! If you had a bad experience with them recently, maybe give them another chance!

To keep in mind I work at the Chelsea McDonald’s first we do have some people in there that are really rude but not all of us is rude some of us care about our customers and we don’t have nobody working at all especially at night so if you see a long line plz just come inside because there only be 3 of us in the store so y’all have to be patient with us and I advise all of yall to get yall food cook to order because some of yall customers be soo rude like it’s just not always the employees and DoorDash if the door lock and there a long like just come around to the second window and tell us or knock on the door I’m pretty sure someone will see you yall gotta understand we are trying our best we may not be fast with three people but y’all’s food be fresh bc that’s what we mostly wait on is the food like we all gotta communicate better I love all my customers but look at it from a second person point of view because we not just sitting around we actually working love yall just a little side note to think about and also our phone is broken it’s not gonna ring so if you trying to call don’t just come to the store

Five star reviews are for those who go above and beyond. Can't say I've ever given one for a fast food restaurant, so this is a first. There were 3 of us, and they put each of our orders in separate bags...nice touch, especially for traveling. The workers were polite. The girl cleaning even pulled a strip of toilet paper off my shoe that I didn't know I dragged out of the bathroom, lol. Food was hot, place was clean (might suggest window cleaning).

Great experience tonight. Apple pies were hot and fresh (called to confirm before driving over), and my daughter's Happy Meal was prepared correctly (ketchup and pickles ONLY).

A quick meal alongside 280 Hwy on the west bound lane, will get you down the road.

Stopped to get some lunch on the way home from running errands. The line didn't take too long, even though they were busy. Got my order and everything was very hot and fresh.

New screen order kiosk is easy to use. Customize your order. Sit down and wait...they will bring your order to you. This is a big improvement for customers experience. This particular location also had one area for quiet diners and separate area where kids can let loose.

Love the Rewards!! It comes in Handy!!
