This store is a must visit! The food is made fresh to order and is absolutely delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and best of all they have a wide variety of smoothies for a good price. If you are looking for an all natural smoothie with or without protein or yogurt, you have come to the right place. They have it all. My personal favorite is the Bahamas Mama!!!!!
As if the smoothies weren't enough, their sandwiches are made fresh and to order and are absolutely delicious. I don't live in the area but it is definitely worth the travel to go to this particular Tropical Smoothie Cafe! You.

Christian is the best! Always attentive, and has a good attitude. The store is spotless too and they handle everything well even when there’s a rush.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place!! smoothies are huge and flavorful, with a good texture to them. I much prefer this place to smoothie king, as the smoothies are much more fruity and juice-like, not full of powders and ice cream. will definitely be coming here again

Tropical Smoothie Cafe dropped off some Sunrise Sunset smoothies for the entire staff of Downers Grove North. Thank you for appreciating educators! The smoothies were excellent and a lovely Monday surprise!

This place just opened up and we came to check it out. I’ve been to a few other locations so I was hopeful. They did not disappoint. Staff is so courteous and helpful! They answered our questions and were very quick with the drinks and food. Food was delicious and healthy and smoothies were very sweet and yummy. We’ll be back!

Great customer service and made quickly

UPDATE : THE MANAGER WAS VERY KIND TO DELIVER THE ORDER THAT DOORDASH SCREWED UP AND SAID WE’D BE REFUNDED BY THEM. A FEW DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND AND WE CONTACTED DOORDASH AND THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED THE RESTAURANT AND DOORDASH GOT AHOLD OF THEM AND THEY SAID THEY’D REFUND ME. THEY ASKED FOR MY INFO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK THAT THIS HAPPENED.

We had an incident with an online order and the managers went above and beyond to help us with this issue. Definitely great people and amazing customer service.
