Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location just opened today 02/09/24. Came in for a smoothie and a wrap. I highly recommend the açaí berry boost smoothie!! The staff was very friendly, and store was very clean. This location has a drive through which is nice. Inside there are a couple small tables to eat inside. Overall great place for healthier food options and great location in the Legends area!

We grabbed a smoothie today, it was delicious and perfectly blended. The staff was very kind!

Everything I ordered was AMAZING

The best smoothie place I ever been to! The food was great, the music was totally a vibe, it was impressively clean, and it smelled like fresh fruit when I walked in. Additionally, everything was very reasonably priced, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a delicious smoothie made quickly. The staff were also very very nice. They greeted me right when I walked in and thanked me for coming. I would for sure drive 2 hours to come here again!

The food was on point. We ordered the Caribbean Jerk wrap and two different smoothies, Mango Magic and Sunrise Sunset. The sandwich was delicious and definitely spicy. The smoothies were also delicious!
The service was ??? We stood at the register for a few minutes before we were greeted. And no one was wearing hair nets in the kitchen.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes until finally getting to order. The lady on the intercom was very rude. They were not busy one car infront of us. Finally getting to the window the customer service was still terrible. Waited another 20 minutes at the window for the smoothies. Our one food order came out in about two minutes, so amazing to know that it was definitely just sitting there. After waiting for what felt like eternity our smoothies came out. And guess what only two out of three.

Sat in drive through for 20-30min! Go inside it’s quicker! literally 5-6 workers inside doing nothing🙄 messed up my order. She did apologize! But didn’t fix it. Strawberry banana smoothie tasted bland. Not really impressed. However they did just open so I’ll try it again.

What's worse then bad service? How about no service at all. Went there on 03-02-24 only one car at the speaker, we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally the car moved. When we got to the speaker, we figured out what we were going to order (time 05:39). 5 minutes later, tired of waiting I'm saying, "hello" to the speaker several times, no answer. I continue saying hello and Finally my wife and I think the speaker must be broken, so we drive around and see that the only vehicle at the window was the car that was in front of us at the speaker. So we wait and wait (a total of 15 minutes waiting) and nothing! At 05:56 we leave the line. Absolutely no service at this place, this was our first time coming to Tropical Smothie Cafe and proubly the last time. They definitely need better training or management needs to look at what the problem is here. When we went back around to see if maybe we missed an out of order sign on the speaker, there was none. The employee could have communicated with us, by at least telling us if we could wait (and she did have a headset on). The store was not busy during the time we were there, so like I said, what was worse? Absolutely no service at all!

Sat in the drive through for nearly half an hour. In that time, only five smoothies came out the window. Went inside to see what was going on. Five total staff members inside, several of whom were hanging around chatting. I asked why it was so slow and they told me they were short staffed and something about having run out of ingredients. No customers were inside the restaurant, so I don't know why five people weren't enough to work the drive through. We left. If you want a smoothie and don't have an hour to wait, try somewhere else. To the owners -- hire a manager.

Ridiculously bad service. nearly an hour wait for one smoothie. Couldn’t even cancel & refund the order in a timely manner, and when we were able to cancel they shorted us $4 and didn’t know how to fix it, told to come back when a manager is in.

I went through the drive through and ordered a mix berry yogurt bowl. There was only one car infront me when I ordered. I waited 20 mins and was handed a açaí bowl, went back through the drive through to inform them my order was in correct and there was one additional car waiting. I waited an additional 30 mins for my order to be corrected. Nearly an hour for a bowl of yogurt is insane. There was no customers in the lobby and there was well over 5 employees working, I do not recommend this location.

i’m not one to complain but the wait was just way too long lol the workers were literally drinking smoothies in the drive thru window LOL

They weren’t busy and it took me 30 mins to get my food it is very slow my food is Burt and cold
