I’ve never given a McDonald’s so many stars. Everyone here was helpful. The food was fast. They were courteous. Everything was fresh. I am willing to drive the 20 minutes to get my fix for McDonald’s from my home.

I don't have a specific review to give of this particular mcdonalds other than that I have been here often. The orders are almost always correct and made properly. A recent experience with a different mcdonalds brought me here to at least say that this one will most likely get it right.

McDonalds. It’s a place we all come together to enjoy and celebrate each other. A place that isn’t bound by its own rules and regulations but rather that transcends the basic principles of life. We all either hate it or love it. But regardless we gather there none the less.

Best fries in America made by the best crew in town. My favorite fast food stop. Never dirty, always courteous and always delicious. I love Mickey D's in Bonner and the USA!!!

I never write reviews, but the great service I received today (9/19/23) compelled me to say something. I don't eat at McDonald's regularly, but I was in the mood for a fish fillet and a double cheeseburger today. I was heading west to Topeka but didn't want to stop at a particular McDonald's on I-70 because of poor quality.

I knew about this Bonner Springs location but I've never stopped here before so I decided to place an order here via the mobile app. I arrived at the location, picked up my order and left. Upon opening the bag, the very first thing that grabbed my attention was how nicely wrapped my double cheeseburger was. This may not seem like a big deal, but that really impressed me because EVERY McDonald's I've ever been to never put that much care into the way a sammich is wrapped, and believe it or not, it DOES feel different in your hands when a package is neatly folded.

At that point, I didn't even open it because I wanted to eat the fish sammich first. Opened the cardboard box for the fish sammich and again, I was impressed! The fish filet was perfectly centered on the bun, the cheese was placed perfectly on the fillet, the tarter sauce was perfect and the bun was soft. Again, every McDonald's I've ever been to just throws the food together and it just looks sloppy.

Now for the double cheeseburger. Again, the hamburger and cheese were perfectly centered, I got the extra onion I asked for, the perfect amount of ketchup was on it, and the bun was soft and not flattened because of the perfect way it was wrapped. Anyone that has ever been to a McDonald's surely knows what I'm talking about... you get your food and everything looks like it was tossed together from a distance like it was a game or something. The biggest takeaway from this experience was how nicely the food was presented and I was truly impressed! It was like the food you see in promotional photos and billboards.

I think it's really important to thank and give praise whenever good service is received, because sadly, getting good service is kind of a rarity here in this day and age. With THAT said, big props and a serious, 'THANK YOU' to whoever the food prep person was that prepared my meal. If by some chance you happen to read this, I want you to know that I truly do appreciate the care you gave in preparing my meal and I hope this inspires you to continue doing a good job, whether it be this or anything else that you may do in life.

For a fast food place, this location is one of the better ones. The order is correct, the place is clean, the service is fast, and the employees are great!

We stop their about 2-3xs a week my granddaughter has me liking the McChicken sandwich w-X mayo, lite lettuce, & add cheese.. It's not to bad we do the drive thru..

Rewards used. Having to use the mobile order in app to get deal is annoying- to have to get a parking spot, then order thru app via phone one.

Fast as it should be and also tasted like it should.

I've been going there for years I've never had any trouble I love it they're kind and everything else

Very happy with my McBreakfast today! My fiancé and I went through the drive through. The workers were friendly, got our order correct, and the food actually looked like it does in the marketing photos. Tasted great too! Much better than some of the other McDonald’s we’ve been to lately. Wonderful start to the day 😄

Hands down I'd say this would have to be the best McDonald's in the KC area. They always work to keep their drive through running as fast as possible, although it's typically full, the crew always seems happy to be at work. The managers are always helpful if my app won't scan or promo won't work right. They always make sure that I'm able to get whst I came there for. They've never been rude or unwelcoming and when it comes to a promo, they never try to skimp and find a way to not let me use it. They always take care of me so I believe they take care of their other customers as well. I dont know everyone by name but i will thank Steve (manager), who assisted me yesterday and both Rita and Christopher from the day crew who assisted me today and were very friendly. I didn't catch the names of the man at the first window yesterday who was very patient and the girl who handed me my frappe with a smile. I mostly go to get frappes and they are amazing, but my kids seem to love anything from the menu! I've gone through this drive through countless times and almost never had them mess up on an order (and I always have special instructions) and when I did, they were quick to fix it, or better. I would highly recommend this McDonald's because they really seem to have a mission of putting the customer first. If you're polite to them, I can tell you, they will take care of you like a valued customer, even if you're just coming through the drive through for your daily drink.

This store is very good management care's for you as customer and their employees Dining room open at 8am Daily plugs are available for your 🤳 or 🖥 this store at 606 North 130 street is best in wyandotte county Kansas and for employment you can take that two bank

Stop by here often. The food is what you expect from McDonalds. The service is good. The food is prepared well. My fries are always hot. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is that in the evening (when I typically swing by), they never have enough people working the drive-thru and the line is always long.

I asked them if they could make me a big Mac with no pickles or lettuce. They quickly replied that they could and then said well hold the pickles and the lettuce because special orders don't upsettuce

Value menu is not what it used to be. Sandwiches seem like same size buns with smaller meat patty and smaller chicken patty. Disappointed- not the value this chain used to be. I understand prices are going up everywhere but used to be cheaper meal options. Not anymore. 😂
