Had a very helpful salesperson. Instead of a hit or miss, she helped me find just the right shade for my skintone. The store was very clean and organized. I made sure I sprayed Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle perfume before I left.

They have a huge range of hair/skin care brands. A few were out of stock but there were a lot of shoppers. I got a new shampoo to add to my rotation and a silicone scalp massager for a friend. This is where I will shop for these products in a brick and mortar store.

The entire staff from check-in to check-out was highly professional, courteous and fun to interact with and made the experience pleasurable. I was looking for a new hair stylist and found one in Chrissy J. Her attention to perfection/detail is exceptional. Thank you for a great experience. I'll be back!

Always a neat and clean store. And typically always has what I am looking for. If it's not on the shelf , staff has no problem checking the back room stock or drawer stock to find what I need! Or they always offer to order it online so I can get free delivery. I picked up some of my tried and true as well as some new products. New here in this purchase is the KKW lipstick trio, the eyelure promagnetic lash kit, and the UD brow blade. Based on trying it in the store , I think I'll love it.

Went in looking for mascara and we were lucky enough to be helped by Domi who was patient and kind, asked us questions to better understand what may work best. I was impressed that Domi steered us to L’Oréal Telescopic waterproof mascara, which has been excellent, instead of higher end brands that I’m sure would work great too but have larger price tags. Thank you for the fantastic customer service Domi!

I have been going to this Ulta for about a decade. They color matched me for the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear back in 2019. It’s still my go-to foundation, same shade and all! I appreciate that they offer assistance and respect when I say, “no thanks, I’m okay today.”

Whether I have a full face of makeup or I’m bare skinned, the staff is happy to help and offer guidance. This may not seem like a big deal to some people. But I’ve been treated differently depending on the amount of makeup I have on in other stores (not Ulta). Never have I been ignored, treated rudely, or spoken down to here…something I greatly appreciate.

I went to Ulta for a brow wax and tint and Bianca G did an amazing job on my brows. She does a great job with the shaping and getting them to the perfect tint. I recommend her 1000% if your looking to get your brows done.

While the temperature is a little warm…the employees always make up for the experience! They approach you with a welcoming hello and ask the right questions at the right time. Maggie helped me out with my color match and made sure I felt satisfied with it.

THIS IS THE ULTA BEAUTY TO BE AT!! I went into this Ulta Beauty VERY skeptical. It's been a very long time since I have used make-up and I am so lost in this new make-up world. I patiently waited for someone to help me. I did notice a young employee with absolute gorgeous make-up on, and was hoping she would be the one to help me. Load and behold her name was EDITH! She took the time to help me shop for every single thing I needed. With every product she would explain the process I would have to do to accomplish the look I want. She made me feel very comfortable with answering all of my questions and concerns and I absolutely LOVE the fact that she did not push items on me just to sell. I am so GRATFUL Edith was the one to help me out! I walked out of this Ulta like I had a bag full of beauty in one hand and a glass of coquito in the other! There are not enough THANK YOUS EDITH💌 I will definitely be returning here for all my beauty supply needs!!!

Crowded on black Friday but with plenty of help on the sales floor. Got some great deals!

The customer service I received from Ariela was amazing! I had assistance on the floor from someone else that was very helpful but when I got to the checkout desk I had additional questions and she took her time to explain everything. She was so patient and funny. I hope she becomes the master trainer for that store and is recognized by management for her awesome customer service. I usually shop online but based off the experience I had today I will certainly shop in the store. I walked out feeling like Rihanna 😊.

Thank you to the wonderful Perricone consultant. She demonstrated the proper way to apply the product. She spoke truth about the product. I know this because I have used it for years. She assisted me choosing products that were on sale and provided me with "several samples". Most of all she was cheerful, fun and not pushy. She ran around the store to be sure there were no other on sale products placed in the wrong area. I left the store feeling like I was shopping with a friend. Thank you!

Had to exchange an item for my girlfriend. Had no idea what mascara was new from Chanel. They where very helpful and made it easy for a man to get it right.

Went in today needing lots of help finding a neutral moisturizing lip color that complimented my features. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and she helped me thoroughly the minute I stepped in the door! Would highly recommend this location due to the friendliness and efficiency of staff like Tracy.

Chrisy is very knowledgeable, passionate and experienced master stylist who will advise you and style/cut/color/tone and treat your hair for your best hair health and look. She is one of a kind professional you would want to be in charge of what happens to your hair once you are in need of looking and feeling well about your hair. Chrisy is also very helpful with her knowledge of the best products available in such abundance at Ulta, which really helps me with selecting what would work for me.
