Over time, your attitude towards many things changes, and looking back, you evaluate it more soberly. Best Buy was the first location where I was given my first credit card in America, and it was from there that my credit history in the USA began. I bought a vacuum cleaner and, of course, paid it off completely within three months. This game was very important for my credit history back then. Thank you for your trust. Eight years have passed, and the vacuum cleaner still works perfectly.

5 stars because Best Buy still comes through when you need tech quickly. They were the only store in the area that had my Google Pixel Buds in stock. Best Buy is still a very convenient store to have around in the age of online shopping.

After changing our minds on an item we had JUST placed an order for, Vicente aka the magician and Colson (hope I spelled that correctly) helped us exchange it for a different product. What I really appreciated was their helpful patient attitude. Sometimes at least for me it’s a little intimidating going to ask for help with the attitude some employees have not these 2! Top notch customer service!!! Thank you guys!

I like BB because I can physically see and feel an item that I'm thinking of buying. I can do all the research online, but I just can't exactly imagine what a 40 mm watch would look like on my wrist versus a 46 mm watch, for example. So Best Buy lets me see both watches for real, and then I know. And they probably know people would check out their products and then go home and buy them online, so the will match the price of a legit ad. I only had to pull up the ad from Amazon on my phone and show it to the sales guy, and he gave me the exact same price. And I know the 'zon ships fast, but I walked out of the store with my new watch and started wearing it that afternoon.

After going to this Best Buy so many times I've gotta say it's probably the best retailer I have ever been at. The employees that work here do a really good job at what they do if they aren't pushing you to buy something. I've had plenty of good experiences going here and I will continue to support them.

Fast curbside service and awesome staff. The man who helped us was so patient and helpful. We had a large appliance to take home in an unfortunately small car and he made sure it was secure for our drive home. This was our first time using Best Buy curbside and we are very pleased. :)

Can't really fault them. Great choice of products and I found a very knowledgeable and patient associate which makes a change from many outlets. I knew what I wanted and appreciate that you can get hands on with the products that appeal. I have to experiment for a while before I commit, though, and I am able to do that in Best Buy. The price drop on my shiny new laptop that I had my eyes on clinched the deal. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

If you need a computer, laptop, all in one, etc. Go to this location and get Habib to help you. He knew every model of computer, all the specs, the pros/cons. I had some questions as to what I needed and he helped me through them, and his help was honest. It in fact led me to a less expensive laptop. He also made me aware of all the sales and promotions that were going on, so I saved money on the purchase. He was very friendly the whole time and was happy to help.

I recently purchased the Top Gun Maverick DVD in Ulta 4K which wouldn't play on my current Blue Ray player. So I had to upgrade to a new one. Best Buy employees are so helpful and knowledgeable.
I ordered a new Sony Blue Ray player on-line from Best Buy, it was delivered the same day and installed the next day by the GeekSquad!!!

Really! Bought a tablet from a week ago. Graham was our salesperson and he was super good! I went in the next day to get the screen protector installed, the lady who installed was very nice as well and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I came into Best Buy today to use their Geek Squad service for the first time, and they were able to restore my old iphone 6s phone even when I myself tried multiple times without success. I'm glad I stopped by! Thanks Geek Squad!

Justin and the managers Mikey and Chris (or maybe it was Tim..) were super understanding and helpful during the exchange process after I got an IPhone with a defect. I was so pleasantly surprised- faith in customer service restored! :-)

I really like this Best Buy. The management team is great and I found the employees to be professional and they seemed to be really interested in helping. The selection of electronic products is very good and they were great at helping me find something that they didn’t have in stock. I drive the extra 15 minutes from mchenry to go to the Algonquin store since our store closed here and the crystal lake store is terrible. I recommend this Best Buy over the others in the area.

Andy and the store manager went above and beyond matching a high dollar purchase with some unique circumstances. Honestly I didn’t expect it either knowing all of the details, but the store manager was the creative driving force that said “we can do this”. I really appreciate that as an “average Joe, aka Scott”. This was like an early unexpected Christmas gift!.

You can’t get this type of service from the online competitors.. Good Job Local Best Buy!

Ever since Best Buy revamped their stores, they have retained their customers. The store looks great, the staff is friendly, returns and exchanges are easy. The store is clean and also their displays are well thought out. The pricing is also competitive and they price match.

I am always greeted by several store team members upon entering, and they'll check on you periodically throughout your visit to make sure you're finding what you need and to answer any questions. I've walked out of here numerous times having been helped to find exactly what I came for. As brick and mortar stores are losing ground, it's a pleasure to shop here where you can see & touch the products you're buying and have helpful, knowledgeable people to help you. Store is clean, stocked, and well-staffed, whether on slow midweek evenings, busy weekends, or crazy sale events.

I had a great experience at this particular location. I was greeted and helped immediately. RT Rahmani was the associate that helped me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave me different options to chose from. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience today. I need customer service help to trade in my printer and I had a wonderful guy named Benjamin help me out through the whole process. Ben not only gave me great customer service but also was very informative about my printer questions and made sure to give me the deal possible!
