The employees here are very nice, and do a really job. My coffee is perfect, and so are my is buddy's as well.

Very, very nice Brazilian people who work here. Always smiling always very kind and they work very hard. The place is very clean. This is my new Dunkin’ Donuts location because they are extremely nice people. Represent Brazil.

Stopped in this location after dropping my kids off at their new school & all I can say is "Wow!" I've never been in a Dunkin where the employees are so friendly & kind to the customers. They actually seem like they enjoy their job. I liked my first experience there so much that I stopped in there again & will continue to do so when I'm in the area. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I always appreciate it. The young African-American gentleman working there deserves recognition & a raise!

One of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Great staff - very accommodating and kind. Food is delicious.

Staff did a Great job helping out a disabled guy. He needed a lot of assistance and the staff gave him ever bit he needed, and all without hesitation, complaining or any lack of respect.

I ordered the caramel macchiato and English muffins. Quick in and out, however it could be challenging sometimes if you are not able to understand their accent.

All good, got my coffee and donut and back to work. Restrooms and tables are here too.

This is one of the Dunkin Donuts I go to most regularly, and I've consistently been happy with their service and quality. Today, Louis recognized me as a regular customer and helped me out with an issue that was the fault of nobody in the store. I've quite honestly been having a terrible week, and his specific care and the overall kindness and good energy at this location was truly incredible.

Ordered on the app for easy walk-in pickup. Food was kept by the oven to stay warm while my drinks were made. I arrived and they were very friendly and on top of everything even during rush hour

This is the Dunkin on Rt 9 Newton just past Elliot St. Super nice staff. Got our orders right and it was pretty clean. What else can you ask for?

Solid Dunkin. Fast service, not super crowded, decent amount of seating, what your would expect from a Dunkin. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk, very enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience.
