Dunkin'

The employees are wonderful! It's sad because they always seem overworked and probably don't get paid a lot. And I can definitely tell they don't receive a lot of tips for their hard work. Tbh, a lot of customers are very rude to them. I hope management fixes things so the employees seem more happy. They all seem like nice, hard-working Americans just trying to make it.

Also, one of the guys there is autistic and I've seen some of the customers have been rude to him, and that's unacceptable. Even in one of these reviews, someone mentioned someone acted like they were on drugs, and I'm pretty sure it's him. Smh.

When customers order, They need to remember who order what coffee. I don’t like people touching my food personally. Normally you have to throw away anything someone touches.

Always good service from this location, always make my drink correct everytime. today i didn’t have to wait in a line at all they were so quick & friendly this morning!

Stopped in for a quick coffee. Cashier was fast and cheerful. The woman who made my order was very fast. She had my order done before I even got to the pickup counter!

Jan. 2019 - Significant improvements since my last review! Operations overall have improved tremendously! More new smiling/trained faces have improved service times, inside and out. They have done a 180 with running out of product and have not run out in months. It's very nice to walk in and not see empty shelves. 99% of the time I'm in and out in under 5 min, this includes walking to and from my truck. Amazing come back team! Keep up the good work.

Oct. 2018 - Horrible service! They have 6 people working the drive through and 1, just 1 working the counter to take orders, fill orders and make drinks. The current manager couldn't manager his way out of a wet paper bag and has no business running a restaurant. They consistently run out of product around 9 AM. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

I typically don’t like Dunkin, but really needed a coffee so I came through the drive through. The two ladies working today at around 1pm made me the best coffee and sandwich I’ve ever had from there. The lady who took my order was very sweet as well!

I drive a shuttle for UC. Had 15 minutes to grab lunch. Parked bus at the curb, put on my hazards, ran inside, ordered the pesto grilled cheese, added egg and bacon and a large Carmel latte with 2 espresso shots cuz I was dragging A$$ with light ice.
It cost 10.74 and I was back to my bus in 5 minutes. Order was spot on and AMAZING. We're talking foodgasm here and the servers were super nice and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My order of a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and a coffee was taken quickly and prepared likewise. Bread was fresh and bacon and egg was good. Great cup too ! 👍

i come here every morning before and everyone is always sooo nice, fast and efficient, my order is always right, and they always make my coffee perfect!!! best dunkin around!! 🥰

There was a line of at least 5 cars ahead of me this morning in the drive thru. Within 5 minutes I was at the front paying and grabbing my order. Every time I come here, whether it's drive thru or I go in, the place is clean and the staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The most I've ever waited was just around 5 minutes when they were totally slammed one morning. Food is hot and delicious, donuts are perfect, every time. Highly recommend. This place is my saving grace when I don't have time to make breakfast in the morning but am absolutely starving and need something to get me through the morning at work. Thank you guys so much!

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts consistently because not only is the coffee always perfect when I order it but the staff is absolutely lovely. I love Marcia, she is such a hard working young lady and she’s so sweet to me every time I drive through. Highly recommend!

Come on a dozen donuts for kids on Sunday morning. You cannot do wrong by coming here

The new drink, Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin ... amazing. I actually got it frozen and that has become my new favorite. Of course, this week it's triple points, so that helps, too! The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!

Been going here for years and almost always have a great experience. Sometimes they do try to tell me certain machines are cleaning and whatnot to get out of making me more expensive items. I used to work here so I know I've been lied to a few times about this. Out side of the few occasions it's a great spot!

I enjoyed Dunkin' donuts tremendously almost every day... Need to give warnings of a price change prices have gone up tremendously and just the last year maybe a year and a half .. it's ridiculous when a breakfast cost $7 to $10... Just being honest about it...

Everyone I have met here has always been amazing and friendly! They are quick with their service and make it a great place for a quick pick up. They even gave my dog some whipped cream which she loved! I will shop here again and again!

I go through the drive through about 2 times a week. My order has never been wrong and Aaron at the drive through window is a gem. He has great energy!

An interesting combination of a mini-mart and a Dunkin Donuts. Make a great one stop shop in the morning. Very friendly staff who seem genuinely interested in making sure that you are happy with their products and service. I’ll continue to stop in when I am in the area.
