Excellent service! We worked with Richard and he was most pleasant to help with our order. We had an odd color that the computer wouldn't match so he matched it perfectly manually. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend!

I think that the people at Sherwin-Williams are knowledgeable and friendly. They always help me pick out the best type of paint and know what I'm talking about right away, where as the big home improvement stores don't always know exactly what I'm talking about, aren't very friendly and aren't even present when I need them.

That they were able to help me with a paint match no one else could. Very courteous, helpful on the phone and in-store. Also carried my paint and item that I brang in for paint match back out to car for me. Can't get any better then that! Also don't find that kind of service much anywhere else today.

Sean was excellent, he helped me determine the right SW product line for our painting needs, took our order over the phone, and loaded everything into our trunk. He truly went above and beyond, and I hope Sherwin-Williams is going above and beyond for Sean by compensating him for his outstanding customer service during this pandemic.

I brought in a piece of the furniture I wanted to match paint. Rather than going thru all the samples on the rack the salesgirl said she could match it vs looking for a paint chip. Cool little machine. It was a perfect match!

Sean and Richard are top notch. Sherwin better give them raises because they make the store an enjoyable experience. A+ employees.
