Sale team is good. Tevaris gives me great service every time I come in. Whenever little issue he fixes it super fast. I brought my land lady and they excellent service to her, now she doesn't go anywhere else!! And always promotes the newest deals too.

This is the best TMOBILE store my husband and I have ever been to. The team of Anna, Louis, and Jordan is exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. The customer service is outstanding. I wish all TMobile stores were like this one.

First, I would like to Thank Tevaris and Jay. They both helped me transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile with ease. I had went to another T-Mobile store and they couldn't do. I went home, and drove to this T-Mobile location. In less then 12 minutes my account was switched over. All the new benefits were explained. I would recommend using this location. Surrounding the 🌎 in Health, Kindness, Love and Light.

WOW! I purchased a phone for my 90 year old gram and she has had some issues using it and deleting things she shouldn’t lol. Tevaris went above and beyond to help us with the issues she encountered. His customer service is exceptional! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Make sure you keep him happy T-Mobile!!!!

Went to go check out the new iPhone 11 Pro. Eric and Julio helped me out and both were extremely knowledgeable. They helped me upgrade to a 11 and saved me some money. They actually help here and they don't just try to get a sale out of you. They actually care about giving you the best recommendation and they treat you like family. They even made me some espresso while I waited! Best T-Mobile on this side of town!

Experience was great. Staff was wonderful. Our bill was wrong when we received it a week later. But fixed by calling 611.

Gotta say, just love T mobile! Seriously.

I have stopped in here multiple times and the staff are always looking to help.

Lance helped me set up a new phone for my daughter and even listened to my concerns over being a parent with a kid now with a phone.
Not only did he help suggest parental controls but he also found a decent phone that can do everything at the right price (I mean it's for my 10 year old, who doesn't need a brand new iPhone!).

Eric was very knowledgeable, took his timewhile discussing my options, and even lowered my bill!

Excellent Customer Service two special individuals I would like to extend my special thanks to: Marie and Exavier they have gone above and beyond there call of duty. I was at the store until 9:45pm and they helped me with every inch of my dilemma with no regard. I greatly appreciate them and there time. Everyone’s time is valuable and they could’ve easily told me to come back tomorrow or call customer service but no they stayed and helped me. The ultimate customer service and patience God sent so smittened with these two. T-Mobile should be so lucky to have these valuable assets to the company. Five stars in my book.
