Had a fantastic breakfast at Max & Lily's Cafe today. Prices are excellent, menu offerings of a great range of delicious and desirable options! The coffee and espresso drinks were excellent! And who doesn't LOVE a flakey croissant! The food is all cooked fresh on site and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and friendly. The cafe has a great vibe! I plan to return again and again! It is a perfect stop when on way to Glenwood Springs and when making that stock up trip to Costco. Also, there is plenty of free parking, and a deck with a great mountain views for when summer arrives!

My mother & I were in town visiting family. We came to have lunch with my twin nieces this past Friday. I had the cheese burger & fries, mom had the loaded baked potato, & the twins had the grilled cheese & fries. Everything thing was super delicious, also the owner Linda & her staff were extremely friendly & very welcoming. We also got to meet Lily, which is Linda’s Border Collie, we missed her other pup Max. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere & will definitely be back on my next visit.

It's a small, more of a grab and go kind of place, but they have tables for you to eat in and their staff is accomodating. Their food is delicious, and there are also vegan options. Very cute café.

The blueberry pancakes were excellent. Great bacon & eggs.
Mocha latte is perfect.

Just as good as anything in Eagle or Glenwood for breakfast. If you're in Gypsum for any reason it's worth the stop.
