O'Reilly Auto Parts

I wanted to write a quick note of thanks to store associate, Lucas (Mt. Vernon Rd location), who could not have been a better representation of O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store, asked how I could be helped, and was provided expert input on a suitable windshield wiper replacement. Lucas then enthusiastically, and quickly, swapped out my wiper blades on my vehicle. Maybe this service is standard for O'Reilly, but it was pleasantly unexpected and most appreciated. Lucas is the type of employee I wish worked at every business because it was apparent he was there to help his customers. People forget how important customer service is, but it was exactly this positive interaction that will ensure I'm a future customer. Well done!

January 21st I called this O’Reilly auto parts and talked with Drew👍
Drew had taken 2 of my phone calls for 25 minutes and then for another 7 minutes. You ask why does this matter, it’s his job right. Well it’s because he’s not just doing his job, during our phone calls I could tell he takes pride in what he does. I’ve had the privilege to have him help me out in my hometown O’Reilly as well before he moved down to CR (realized this when I stopped in and placed a face to a voice).

My car takes a little 8" rear wiper. It's super hard to find a replacement. Courtney had a "box of wiper parts" and she helped me cobble together a replacement. Very much appreciated!

Also they take used engine oil and car quest doesn't!

LOVE the Customer Service !! COURTNEY IS THE Best!!!! She talked to me just like I knew everything about cars and asked if I would need other items related to the part that was being replaced. She is knowledgable in mechanics and has excellent customer In fact, yes, I didn't know I needed it but my brother was impressed when I came back with that too. Making 3 trips in one day, I felt like they were going to be entirely done with helping me. But, infact they were wonderful help. I also had to use a loaner tool and was given ample time to return it. The vehicle runs well. Thanks for all your technical support. Made a stressful situation better. Thank you greatly. You deserve ice cream everyday! 🍦

My husband and I stopped at Oreilly's this morning and this really nice young gal named Courtney helped us find just what we were looking for, windshield spayers for our car. She was so nice to ask if we wanted her to install them for us , I was so thrilled she asked us because its hard for my husband to breath in this hot weather and I hadn't a clue on how to install them. I thought that was so thoughtful of her to ask, I told her I would leave a good review about her on Google! Thank you , very much Courtney from Oreillys ! We appreciate your help . God bless you 🙏

I ran in here while my car was overheating and bone dry out of oil. I was hoping to buy a quart of oil but was almost $4 short and the gentleman working behind the counter, Michael, covered the rest out of his own pocket. Need I say more

Wonderful service, the workers are extremely helpful, Specially Courtney Long.
She made sure that I find what I wanted and got me exactly what I was looking for for my car.

This one's on Mount Vernon road and the fellow who waited on me was efficient and understood what I needed. Just wiper blades but he installed them for me and pointed out some problems that I will have to get fixed at the dealership. I've been to other auto parts store and this one is at the top of the list for return

We stopped in after a stop at another auto parts store, needing a car battery, and installation. Needless to say we took our other purchase back.

It’s -30 below and it was so nice that there was enough staff on hand to take care of our issue plus many other customers. Great staff and great help when we really needed it. You’ve got lifetime customers. :) Thank you again!

Went in for burned out headlight, not only did they help my wife find the correct replacement bulb, they helped change the bulb out in the winter. Best customer service you can get!

The past few months or so, I was having issues with my battery that seemed to happen at random. I've made quite a few phone calls to this location, and every person I've talked to have been very quick to answer my questions! Noah was the one who ended up diagnosing the issue, which was as simple as getting a new battery, but he was very knowledgable and was great at explaining everything in-depth! Noah also let me know what hours he was there so he could replace the battery for me, which he did today! Thanks to everyone who talked to me on the phone, and special thanks to Noah for going the distance!
