Bandwagon

My credit card number was stolen and someone attempted to use it to buy a baseball glove from Bandwagon. They immediately noticed the discrepancy between my mailing address and what the thief entered as the shipping address, and they contacted me to verify. I was able to cancel the order and request a refund before it even shipped out. I’ve never done business with this place, but any place that is honest enough and on top of things enough to flag a fraudulent charge before I even know about it deserves 5 stars in my book!

Got my coach’s shirts and my son’s cleats from David at bandwagon. I love their store and they’ve done a great job sponsoring and hosting baseball tournaments in town.

Limited in-store selection for many items, schools, but by far the largest and most broad selection in-store or online.

Repeatedly told my order will “be ready next week” and a month later we are still waiting. Received an email of excuses from the owner, yet no solution and still have not received a date we can expect the item. Our sports season is halfway over and we still do not have the item we ordered. Bandwagon needs to adjust processing times and improve communication. We feel Bandwagon has repeatedly misled us and made multiple misrepresentations to us. I strongly recommend not using this business, at least for custom orders.
