They got my phone in at the last minute and worked to get it finished quickly. The staff was really sweet and the guy that helped me was awesome. I'm always happy with my service at this store.

Kajuan gave fast service and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning how to protect my phone to prevent any future incidents. He was patient and provided an excellent customer experience.

I love this place! uBreakiFix fixed my cracked phone screen once, and that was fascinating to watch. But twice now, including today, I had to take a stuck phone case to them. Even though today's was super-hard to fit onto my phone, the young man did it with no complaints and then refused to take my money. My wife's IPhone needed the screen replaced. I took it into uBreakiFix at 10:00 a.m and had it back, as promised at 1:30 p.,m. the same day, The staff is personable and capable. Highly recommended.

Terell is my boy here! My Google Pixel 5a met an unfortunate fate due to one too many drops on the hard tile of the bathroom floor. Never had a problem after dropping it previously, but I guess it was just one drop too many :( my screen went totally black, then later on started flickering like crazy. I brought it to this location of uBreakiFix and Terell said he would look into whether or not my phone would be covered under Google's warranty, but no guarantees. I was prepared to pay full price (about $160) for the new LED screen, but was hoping for the best. When I returned a few hours later to pick up my phone, I was SHOOK to learn that my total would be $0. He was somehow able to secure me a brand-new screen and restore all normal function to my phone, at no cost to me. What a treat! Definitely recommend this location based on my positive experience!

The lightning port on my iPhone was missing a pin and Apple said they didn’t fix that. Hoping I could get by without a new phone yet I sent a Facebook message to uBreakiFix and they responded that they do replace the port and gave me a price. I dropped it off and the said an hour to an hour and a half. I went back at an hour and a half and it was fixed and works great.

Went in today to purchase a screen protector and have it put on my new phone. I have been with a broken phone before but they can help with much more than that. Professional, prompt, and polite! Always a pleasure to have this close to home.
