I have been to this location several times. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this store. Lily and Kenzie are so helpful and, more importantly, offer amazing customer service. They are always patient with me while I take forever to decide what vape I want 😆

Love this place. It may be hard to reach by phone at times. However anytime I go in the employees are nice and very helpful. Someone tell their boss to give them a raise and a holiday bonus.

Ex: I vape Hyde Brand normal. I went up and asked for one he offered it then asked if I tried Esco yet. I hadn't yet. I took his advice and now in love with the Esco brand.

Lily was super nice and very knowledgeable about the products that were in stock. Also they get deliveries on Wednesday’s in the evening. Nice selection and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs. Excellent Customer Service!

When it came time to replace my vape, I went right here. I told them what I wanted (certain brand) and they showed me the options with zero pressure. Love that!

They are super nice here, too. They engage the customer and make you feel welcomed.

Only thing I'd do to improve is selling higher vg custom juice. I haven't had a bad flavor here and would buy from them exclusively if they sold max vg. I get it might not be popular enough to carry. That's okay, I'll still get my coils here.

Love this place! Jake is great and very knowledgeable about the products they have! He always suggests great flavors for juice/disposables! All the staff there is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This place is great! They have a vast array of different flavored juices both for regular and salt variances. Their staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have no problem mixing different flavors together to get you what you are looking for. The prices are very reasonable. They are also a good shop to get any cbd/delta 8 related products as well. This is my one stop shop for all my vaping needs!

I come in this store almost every day. The employees there are so welcoming and knowledgeable of the products. I wouldn't go anywhere eles. The managers in this store are awesome they work very hard. Everyone is very nice. I use to be a pro boxer I've been to many places. You guys beat buckbees so bad it's just awesome. Now bubblehive you guys are more down to earth and sell better edibles and vape products by far. I'm extremely happy to come into your store you guys make my family happy and me happy. No matter how my day went, when i come Into your building I really enjoy talking to the awesome employees. Great place I enjoy the gentleman in there that always answer literally every question and more of it I or my husband has I believe his name is Brandon that always is working and definitely knows what he's doing thank you Vape N Juice!!!! Man Skylar is probably one of the brightest young managers in Rockford. This kid needs a raise I'm a 100% loyal customer to vape n juice now and it's all his fault. My advice is give him an idea about the flavor profile you want to achieve and take his advice. Very knowledgeable always super friendly I will ABSOLUTELY be back. Keep it up guys y'all Killin the game.

I go to this shop about once every 2 weeks, to get a juice my wife likes, candy cane. The first time I went here and I bought it for my wife I accidentally got Cotton candy. I took it home, my wife put it in her vape then all I hear is " yuck, what is this. " If it was me I would have been fine with it, but she wasn't having it. So after eating some humble pie I went back and bought another bottle this time making sure it was the correct flavor. The guy's recognized I was just there a short time ago and asked what's up. I told them the story laughing it off. They immediately asked if I have the bottle(I left it at home because it was opened and normally u can't return opened vape juice,) they told me since it was the house brand that they will take it back. As long as it was with in reason if it's not like a year later and if the juice isn't almost empty, you know stuff like that. I was happy since I thought I just wasted $22. So I bought a new bottle and 2 weeks later when my wife ran out. I brought the bottle and my story in to the shop. This time it was a different bunch of guys working, I told them the story, after some side eye and a few chuckles they happily took the bottle and replaced it for me at no cost. The waits at the shop are always short and so far all of the employees I've met are cool have good energy and are quick with info on your products. Keep up the good work guys. I look forward to my biweekly trip to the vape shop knowing it will be fast and not a hassle. Thx
