Koung Sushi Mart

I was referred here after visiting koung sushi 2 and I am happy I came to the original shop. The merchant and staff were kind and the food was delcious

A tiny little place right off main street. I understand the owner used to supply the local restaurants and stores before going into business for himself. I had the Spicy Califoria roll, Salmon Nigiri, and Tuna Sashimi. The portions were very good. The rice was amazing, and the tuna melted in my mouth. I washed it down with a Ramune strawberry soda and was good to go! I even had some leftovers for supper. I wanted to try the egg and spring rolls. Maybe another time. Service was polite and accommodating. I waited about 10 minutes for my food. I would definitely go back!

I’ve been meaning to stop by and give them a chance and today I finally did so. I was really pleased with the fresh seafood and enjoyed the tuna and salmon avocado roll.

Laconia needed a good sushi spot and this one is solid. I wish they had an easy website to order from but I am sure they will eventually.

We loved Koung sushi mart! The Sushi was excellent and the service was great. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed Ramen on the menu, and that was delicious! It's good to see some different food choices on Loudon Rd for a change.

Small Sushi Mart, but service is great and prices are fair. Everything is made fresh to order and they offer some great deals. They also have a solid selection of Japanese soft drinks.

I would be here daily for lunch if I lived in the area!

Oh my Goddess. These look so good. I finally got my sushi. Please stop by 20 Canal street and show them some support. The ingredients are fresh and they make most of their rolls while you wait. So be patient it's a small mom and pop restaurant. Togo only they've only been opened for a week. #Koungsushi

Went again today and the food is so much better than any of the rest of them. The Spicy California Dragon roll is absolutely the best.

Such great sushi, and loved the family atmosphere here! There's a bunch of cute post it notes from customers up on the wall too that were fun to read! Loved the crunchy salmon dragon roll!

My granddaughter and I were visiting the area from Maine. Our Airbnb host recommended that we stop and check out this little mom-and-pop sushi place because I asked for recommendation. When we walked up and it was very obvious that there was only take out and it was a small operation. It was a sunny and breezy day today so we were on foot and they accommodated us for indoor seating. They literally picked up the chairs that they were sitting in, the table they were resting at and put it in a separate room for my granddaughter and myself. Then when they deliver the food the presentations were beautiful and the food was amazing we had the G2 and I can't even begin it's say how pleased we were that they accommodated us the food was fresh they made everything right on the spot they've packed up our to go order it was incredible I was very appreciative and so was my granddaughter we were very impressed. We will definitely be back when we come back to visit the area. I hope this business takes off and they're able to put in a couple of chairs indoors. Well worth the visit.

Quality sushi for a good price! I love what they have to offer and highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't. Parking can be difficult, but it is worth the wait for sure. The family and friends we've had go here loved it too. I usually get the nigiri family, tuna dragon crispy and eel.

genuinely the best sushi ive ever had. i go there often with friends, and every time we all love it. there's a nice welcoming vibe to the place, especially with all the customer notes and drawings on the wall. the owner and all the staff are extremely nice and good at what they do. would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for great sushi.

The salmon avocado roll literally melted in my mouth. Some of the best sushi I've had, and in Laconia of all places! And even the ginger was awesome.

Great sushi place! We ordered the tempura shrimp, sweet potato, salmon avocado and salmon nigiri. The salmon was perfection!

Ordered 2 rolls and they were both AMAZING. The fresh fish is delicious and the portions are generous, especially for the price! I will definitely be back and would recommend this place. The wait is a bit long because of how busy they get, but it’s obviously worth it.
Edit to add: while in my car eating, my car battery died. Called my bf to come jump my car, owner took notice while he was on his break, came to clean my battery and helped jump my car. What a guy!

BEST SUSHI in New Hampshire BY FAR!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have never been disappointed and I order from here weekly. The staff and nice and friendly and prices are very fair and they have never messed up my order. Amazing!

Some of the best sushi I've had. I especially love the spicy, crispy California roll. They opened only a week or so ago and I will definitely be coming back. Their prices are more than fair and service is great.
