Starbucks

We previously ordered here and found the staff to be very accommodating. After a while, we needed to use the restroom, which was locked with a code. The staff promptly provided us with the code.

It's a great community if all people would be nice to each other...

I have been going to the Starbucks off and on for 3 years. It’s on my way to work. Whether I’ve worked nightshift or dayshift, their drinks and customer service have stayed the same. I’m always greeted with a smile and my drink is always delicious. This Starbucks is one of the few things I can count on in my crazy shifts. Yall don’t know it, but you fuel this 911 dispatcher, and in my mind that makes you superhero’s for the whole county. Much love ❤

Coffee tastes great, bright and clean space. A lady in a yellow shirt was so kind to my kid.

While the line get be long because of how busy it is, they get through the line very fast and still make the drinks taste amazing! Great way to start your day:)

Most of the staff are very friendly, they know me and my daily drink too 😁😉... I love my Vt Ic Tst V Oat E "but" I change oat milk for whole milk is delicious...

I don’t like the fact that every time I come thru the drive thru they are using the card machine to ask for a tip when your card is being charged. I feel that it is too pushy when I spent close to 25 to 30$ a day almost 7 days a week. The coffee is already expensive.

Stopped in at this location on Pete Hollis Blvd today and was refreshed by the happy upbeat personality that came through the drive through speaker. We ordered a tall white mocha Hot and drove around to see the attendant at the window and they had the warmest smile with wonderful customer service. I’m talking about the attendant named Barb. Starbucks give Barb a raise and leadership role because on customer service alone it was earned today! Great job Barb!!

Always efficient. One of the best I’ve been to and I’m already a Starbucks fan! Don’t know who she is, but Lydia (drive-thru) is definitely a morning person and started my day off great with a friendly and talkative (not chatty-Cathy, but pleasant & witty) demeanor while taking my order. Great staff!

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks… I’m an avid coffee drinker, and though I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks in general, this location in particular is just AMAZING… I stop by pretty often with my dogs in the mornings on the weekend and even though they’re usually busy the ALWAYS take the time to say hey to my dogs and exchange a moment of friendly chatter… some even remember my dogs names even though I know they see thousands of people and dogs everyday… just wanted to really acknowledge this crew because it really goes a long way… honestly I probably would not stop there otherwise… I know their job just be super fast paced and stressful so for them to still have it in them to maintain such a positive attitude and friendly disposition really says a lot about their character!!! No brand or shop is really any better than the staff and this staff makes this Starbucks the best in town!!!

I have never had a bad experience here!! It’s a common stop for me during the week, and everyone is kind. Barb is the absolute best human being.

4/2023 update: They have a new manager and in addition to what I wrote, the store is cleaner and seems to be running smoother.

Older post: Efficient, fast, accurate, and clean. This location stands out for their service in comparison to either of the downtown Starbucks locations.

Love the staff at this location! We always use the drive-thru and the young man who waits on us each week is so pleasant! This store isn't the closest to our home but because of the personality and attention given us, we make a point now of only visiting this location! Too bad you don't offer ten stars because that's how we rate it!

Best Starbucks in Greenville hands down. 10/10. They always have the best service and the kindest people! Jen is amazing! And Cole too. Everybody is! Customer service is above and beyond every single time

Love this Starbucks. William and Ollie are my favorite. The girls are wonderful as well. They always know it’s me at the drive thru. My favorite is the very berry hibiscus lemonade with blackberries and strawberries. Very refreshing.

The staff are always friendly, and in the 10-second interaction I have with them, they always give me a smile. The coffee isn't half bad either
