Starbucks

I've never rated a chain restaurant/coffee shop before. But I've had many sweet memories in this particular starbucks (pun intended). I regularly went there for 3 years when I was in college a decade ago. The staffs were amazing and friendly.

This is a beautiful location. Right downtown. There are seating inside, outside and in side patio. The store is clean and well kept and the customer service is excellent. I went at 7 am so it was not busy.

I'm usually here in the early morning and there is plenty of seating, but this location can be crowded other times.

I came in to meet somebody and I was a little early so I decided to order something but, then another customer cut in front of me. Wasnt too frustrated as he apologized after he ordered but then one of the registers wasnt taking cash. Still didnt get too irritated until I ordered and my experience got flipped. The register saw what I had been going through and gave me a free drink and excellent customer service. Absolute emobidment of great service and I have worked in the food industry. So I just had to write a great review!

Today.. I was having bad day,and I went for a Strawberry lemonade...not thinking that my bay could be any better but once I came into the store I was greeted with a nice beautiful smile and a very outgoing person that truly wanted to make sure that my day got better... I must say that shalanie...is a very outgoing and funny person she made me smile when I thought my would be long and boring she most definitely put a smile on my way with her up best way of work and always have a smile on her face......

Awesome staff. Very friendly. With the plethora of Starbucks in the Bay Area it can be difficult sometimes to differentiate between stores. However, this is a cozy and welcoming place.

Staffs were super friendly and they have good menu. Ordered a frappe and they have good selection of pastries.
