My husband and I purchased 2 new phones yesterday as we prepare to enter retirement. We also switched phone providers and now use T-Mobile. We were both kind of dreading the experience based on previous phone purchases from a different service. We were welcomed by Daniel, the store manager when we entered and we left feeling like we gained a friend. Our experience was quick, informative, and patient. We had tons of questions and concerns, all answered with kindness and information that made sense to us. Daniel is an exemplary example of what customer service should always be like. Our only regret is not making the switch sooner! Thank you Daniel!

Great people pleasure to do business with A+++++ highly recommend place to transfer your existing numbers to T mobile. Transfer went smoothly with Mr Victor he take care of me very well to transfer 3 lines I had with previous provider. Explain everything and offer me water to drink while waiting for the process to complete.

Outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. The best!! Working for many years in the customer service industry, makes you relish in amazing service. Gentleman, Winston, went above and beyond today. I dropped my phone resulting with it breaking. My heart sank as my departed sons pictures were saved. Went in, greeted with a welcoming smile and with ingenuity, replaced my phone and set up my accounts. Making sure all my pictures of my son were OK.

I Went in today to pay for my phone bill the store manager Daniel was very helpful and nice! I also was looking for a tablet for my business and didn’t want to spend a lot on it so Daniel looked at my plan and broke down the cost for a new iPad and I was very pleased with how cheap it was! Came in to the store for some help on getting a new phone the young gentleman named Victor wich he is also a manger at this location he was the one that assisted me and he was great very helpful and polite I highly recommend this store always willing to help thank you

Great customer service. Daniel and Ayman were very knowledgeable and that helped us easily make the decisions we made today. They also worked together to get us out of the store in a timely manner. They transferred my photos so I don’t lose them and also set up our home internet so we can be ready to go. We left happy w two new phones, a new watch , and home internet.

The store manager Daniel Chavez was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided information above and beyond what was asked. Ernesto helped with transferring our phones from another carrier. We are both retired and my husband knows very little about cell phones. Daniel was able to explain to him in a way he could easily understand and was able to learn new ways in which to use his phone. We highly recommend using T-Mobile and the office in Summit.

Went to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone and it went very smooth. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Daniel Chavez helped transfer my data and he did it very quickly and with no issues at all. Definitely recommend! Other store employees were extremely friendly as well!

Went to T-Mobile today to change providers because I wasn’t happy with my previous provider. Mr. Daniel Chavez and the crew help me out and I am extremely happy with his services. Went to this location to activate new phones that were purchased online. Daniel Chavez was the guy that helped us and he was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He completed the data transfer as quickly as possible and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this location for all of your phone needs
