Hands down - The BEST customer service experience I have EVER encountered.

During a trip to Alabama from Georgia, I found myself stuck when my 4Runner would not start. After trying AAA with no luck in the area - I decided to try the closest auto parts store - O'Reilly Auto in Gadsden.

My first point of contact was Lawrence. From the start of the call, Lawrence was awesome. He helped to locate a replacement battery and took it above and beyond when he agreed to drive to where I was stranded to install the battery himself. He arrived quickly and got to work. He was looking out for my best interests at every turn - thoroughly explaining the problem and how we could get me back on the road. Once the battery was replaced, Lawrence could have called it a day - instead, he invited me back to the store to run a test on my alternator to ensure I didn't have a larger problem. When I arrived at the store, the staff was 5 stars - offering me a drink to cool down (it was 100 degrees outside!).

I also want to shout out the manager of the store for her help. She genuinely cared about making sure the problem was solved at a very reasonable cost.

Lawrence is a hero and I strongly encourage anyone in the Gadsden area to stop in to O'Reilly Auto for your car care needs.

while en route to a firefighting class 2.5 hours from home, the intercooler boot on my ford f250 kept slipping off regardless of how tight I cranked on the clamp. This store was only 5 minutes off the interstate, right next door to an advanced auto parts. Ive been an advanced customer my entire adult life, so naturally I stopped there first. To my dismay they a) wanted $207 and b) couldn't have it till the next morning. So naturally I walked out and went straight next door. I explained my situation to the manager, he did not have one at his store, but he was able to get me directions to the next closest store that did, allowed me to pay for it, and called the store to have it ready for me. This is the very definition of excellent customer service. These guys were life savers and got me back on the road.

Just wanted to recognize Shawn at our store on W. Meighan Blvd in Gadsden as the hands down, nicest and most helpful associate I've encountered in a long time.

Great people very helpful came out and changed a battery in the cold and hooked up the memory saver and didn't loose any of my radio functions
