Attalla knows how to make your food the right way, the first time. They are always the cleaner location compared to everywhere else in Etowah Co. Minus not having the play area for kids like the boaz location but maybe the filth that brings the restaurant is why it’s the only McDonald’s that has it. 🤷🏻‍♀ either way, we would still choose Attalla McDonald’s any day thanks to the professionalism and cleanliness.

Good food friendly workers, my order was messed up and didnt notice til i got home an i called over an over with no reply. Other than that i love this mcdonalds!!

Usually people who work at McDonald's are honestly really rude and in bad moods put the people that work here were so sweet so happy to be doing their job and I have never in my life experience someone as polite and happy to be speaking to me at a fast food place I would definitely go back to Mobile county just to visit that McDonald's 🙃

The iced vanilla coffee here is better than anywhere else! Jennifer always does a great job with my coffee orders whenever I come to this location. Also the young man that works the drive thru in the afternoon is so kind!

If you cut your sweet tea with enough of their unsweet tea then you'll realize they actually have the best tasting tea around. The coffee was perfect and made exactly as I requested.. I was told by local family this was the worst McDonald's in town. BUT The morning staff was on point both days that I showed up! yes, I went out of the way to go back to second day for coffee..

Went in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and was met with the kindest staff and most welcoming atmosphere I've ever experienced at a McDonalds. The team running this place are awesome people.

My husband and I went through the drive thru close to 10pm. All of the employees were super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and our order was correct. Very pleasant experience.

Edit 9 months later: Still hitting this location up on a semi regular basis and it’s still always a good experience.

I’m not one to rate a McDonalds, but this place has always had exceptional service. Fast and accurate orders and always friendly. Both in the drive thru and curbside.

I have always loved, as I call it, Mickey D's. My favorite is the double quarter pounder with cheese, with extra pickles and onions. Also, just my opinion, but nobody can beat their fresh hot French fries!!!! Just YUMMY 😋!!! So, that's what I ordered this visit. My sandwich was just like I wanted, and the 🍟 were freshly cooked and hot. Can't beat it. And yes, I had to eat fries on the way home, because I went to the drive thru. I have no complaints about anything. Fast efficient service and fresh hot 🔥 food. Who doesn't want that? I don't have any photos this time, so very sorry about that.

It's a daily ritual for me. First thing in the morning it has to be a Micky D sweet tea. Yummy snacks and deserts. What would I do without MC Donald's? The thought makes me 😭. But I'm glad they are here. 😊!

They have a heart! A customer went in hot and physically hurting asked for something to drink. Cashier was so kind and compassionate. Gave her drink on the house.

They used to be the cheapest place to eat back in the day!! But now it seems to be one of the most expensive places. But I still love it!!

The lady at the front that I believe was the manager was great to me and cousin!!! Great service, fast food, guy at the front was great too!!! They’re all working so hard and they deserve more pay!!! Super proud of all of them and their hard work!!!

Everyone was very nice. The food was fixed the way. I ordered it very fresh and hot. It was very clean inside even though you can't eat inside. The bathroom was very clean.

We just moved here from Detroit and we had to drive down to you which is an hour away and that was the best Big Mac that we have had in the longest time whoever's making the burgers there were rocks they were very fast very efficient they did a how about 10

I needed my order special cooked they got it done in a flash and greeted me with a smile

Great place for dining alone as well as a family meal together. This place is even really quick with large groups that come in without notice. They handle everything pretty well
