Diego did a wonderful job getting my family all on one plan while upgrading multiple phones. He took the time to search for a phone case my mom liked. He was very patient with everything. He took the time to move each line separately because we had a charge and he wanted to figure out why. Wonderful service! Thank you!

At the Clarkston store, Diego was awesome, very helpful in resolving the problem of the Samsung smart switch not transferring data to the new phone. Prior going there, spent over two hours on phone with Sumsung and was unable to retrieve all data. Also Diego answered our questions and explained about AT&A services.

Diego and Cameron were fantastic, my service went out and they were able to restore it with ease!!

This location is heaps better than many of the others I have visited. I went in simply to transfer over to a new phone, and I received amazing customer service from the amazing staff. Justin jumped up to help me right away-answering ALL my questions and then some. He was very knowledgeable and passionate. Marissa and Sean were also fabulous staff, checking in on me while Justin attended to other customers while my phone updated. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff!

Our store rep, Diego, at the Dixie Hwy in Clarkston., MIichigan was Awesome, Patient, Friendly and Helpful. His customers came first, even though he was the only employee working on Friday, he took care of over 12 customers during the time we were there. He gave each one of us helpful service. As we were buying three phones, he went around to all customers and continued to help all that was in the store at one time. He is a great asset to your company. All the customers said that he was getting 5's on the AT&T surveys they will receive. Thank You Diego!!! You Rock!!!!!!!
