Buck was the most helpful person! We had gone to a sister store to switch carriers that was apparently a third party location… they had put on 6 other devises to our plan, and didn’t even switch over my watch.. needless to say, it was a mess. Buck took over an hour to correct everything the other store did, so that we didn’t get charged hundreds of dollars. Jerry was also super helpful. If you need anything done, go to this store and ask for Buck. They are super helpful and actually know what they are doing! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Buck was incredibly helpful with our transfer to T-Mobile. Another store messed up our lines and account. The transfer division was unable to help us after over an hour on the line. Buck stayed over after close on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issue and finished helping us the next day after customer service was unable to resolve the issue. He was more knowledgeable than those trained to resolve issues, and he will be the only one we deal with moving forward.

Our experience with Buck was wonderful. He was super helpful with explaining all of the current deals and options available. He was so helpful that he even was able to talk us in to going with the T Mobile Wifi and ditching our current service. Best advice ever, their wifi works great all over our home. Not only was Buck knowledge in every thing that we needed help with, he was also a very fun person to deal with. We laughed and talked throughout the entire process. Hands down would recommend Buck to anyone who needs service with T Mobile.

The staff were very helpful with setting up my new phone after my old one was stolen. My situation was a bit more complicated, but they were very patient with me throughout the long process. I wanted to give credit to Brandon and his female colleague (whose name I forgot to get) for wonderful service.

Brandon is awesome! Dude knows what he’s talking about and helped me switch from Verizon quickly and easily. Keep killin it man, you’re the type of person any company would be thrilled to have! 🤙

My fiance and I initially called in and spoke with Ashley. Ashley was very knowledgable about the information we requested and even reserved the equipment that we needed for home internet. We also spoke with Bobby and she was just as knowledgeable and helpful.. We went in on Thursday afternoon and met with Michael and the store manager Jordan. My fiance and I were switching from AT&T to T-mobile cell service plus in home internet service. We interacted with Michael for most of the visit. Both were extremely patient and helpful. It took some time for AT&T was being difficult in releasing our phone numbers to be ported over. They both stayed nearly over an hour after closing to ensure that the porting was complete. They were very professional, share valuable information, and eased the process as much as they could. Jordan was amazing assisting Michael and reassuring him throughout the process. I would highly recommend both if you are a current customer or potential new customer.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable (I had a lot of indepth questions) and very helpful. He genuinely cares for his customers 10/10 a keeper. The store was very clean, the staff and leadership were always ready to jump in and give a hand, this store has an amazing team, I will definitely recommend this location and Jordan to everyone.

Had a problem with my new phone. Called store as online folks were not really helpful. Online told me to reboot phone when problems occur. Eric was outstanding. He checked phone for problems deciding phone looked good, he changed SIM chip. Presently, I am get 5g inside before only 4G lte. Will update during next few days as I use the phone.

Thank you Eric Lomas for the outstanding support. Best support that I have seen from any cellphone company. Guess this is why we switched to T-Mobile.

Follow up: Looks like Eric has fixed my connectivity problems. Not problems calling, in fact, I am enjoying 5G inside the house. Original SIM was connecting as 4G lte.

I am expect many quailty years with T-Mobile .

The Gentleman that helped me was absolutely awesome. He was relaxed and patient see I have PTSD and Anxiety Disorder and very hesitant about going into ask for help because people dont have time to answer and sometimes very rude if they have to show me something twice. I am very pleased and will continue to do business with them.

Great experience today at this store! The manager DJ was amazing in assisting the employees as well as working with the customers! I highly recommend this store! We upgraded three phones and it was so smooth and easy!! Thank you!!!!

Visited the store today to get a new sim card for my son's phone. Bobbi and Angel were awesome, the dynamic duo listened attentively, solved my problem and got me outta there in record time!

I have my home internet with T mobile.
I HAD MANY OTHERS.FROM DISC SERVICES, EITHERNET, PHONE COMPANY...
THEY ALL WERE NO GOOD WHETE I LIVE.

NO JOKING... THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WATCHING TV FROM ABOUT 7PM TO 11PM DAILY.

BUFFERING WAS ALL WE GOT.

WITH PROMISES OF BETTER INTERNET WITH A HIGHER COST PACKAGE WITH THE OTHER NETWORKS. IT NEVER WORKED.

"T-MOBILE HAS A ONE PRICE ONLY DEAL FOR 5G UNLIMITED HOME INTERNET!".

HAD IT A YEAR NOW AND STILL NO BUFFERING.
YEAH GO T-MOBILE.

HOWEVER..
TWO DAYS AGO THERE WAS A QUICK POWER OUTAGE AT MY HOME THAT LEFT MY MODEM SET BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS AND WE COULD DO NOTHING TO GET IT TO WORK.

IT DID TAKE ALOT OF TRIES, TROUBLESHOOTING AND TIME.

TWO GUYS WORKED ON IT THERE FOR A WHILE.

FINALLY THEY CAME TO THE CONCLUSION IT MUST HAVE SURGED AND THE MODEM WAS USELESS.

I WALKED OUT WITH A NEWER MODEL MODEM AND WAS ON MY WAY.
THESE GUYS WERE WORKING ON MY PROBLEM FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR AFTER THEY CLOSED.
THEY DIDNT GIVE UP TILL THEY HAD NO OTHER WAY TO GO.

TMOBILE in Daphne/Spanish Fort in my opinion based on approximately 20 years with TMOBILE has always provided excellent service. Even though you may have to wait, they work hard for you to be a continuing customer.

Just swapped over from another carrier, I have found T-Mobile to be very knowledgeable and most helpful.

David and Mary were absolutely the best. Please switch from AT&T to them. I did it after 15 yrs. Way too late!!!
