Best Buy

Ordering online made it quick and simple. I was notified in about 15 minutes my order was ready for pick up. Pulled into a space and let them know I had arrived and they were out in less than 5 minutes. Young man that loaded it in my car was concerned about me whether I had help to unload it at home. I told him no but I would figure it out. He very very nice and the whole process was great! Thank you!

We visited Best Buy today in search of some headphones. The minute we walked in, we were fretted warmly, and asked if we needed assistance with anything. We declined as we just wanted to look for a few minutes. As my husband was comparing headphones, I wondered to look at kitchen appliances. Another associate happened to be passing by and asked if I was doing ok or needed assistance. Although we did not need any help locating products today, it is nice to know that there were associates available if we needed them. The store was clean and as well stocked as one would expect this close to Christmas. Another happy visit. Thanks Best Buy for always being awesome.

Recently we had to replace laptops and a PC. I kept an eye on the brand and models we wanted, looking / waiting for them to go on sale. When they did, we visited in person. The sales staff were friendly , attentive and knowledgeable. We asked a couple questions, made our selection and were on our way. Probably less than 15 min in the store. 😀

Though, their store was packed with Black Friday inventory. Which was blocking things we were trying to see. They went out of their way to help us. Yet the store is sorta small compared to Mobile/Pcola. Still the workers were very great. Literally didn't have to go far at all for help. They came to us. Thanks

Amazing experience at this best buy. I’ve been trying to trade in my macbook and the system wouldn’t wipe. Angelica (and I believe the other ladies name was Sharon, or sandra….) were so helpful and patient. They were both super friendly and made the experience so much better. Definitely the best two ladies i’ve ever met at customer service anywhere! Thanks again for your help!!! :)))

One of my favorite places to shop!!! We buy everything at Best Buy for business and personal use. You can't beat the protection plan they offer and they always have great deals. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for electronic.

Went to buy some amazon ring products. Had what I was looking for and nice display too of the smart home products. Got three cameras and the echo 10. Wasn't busy but had to find staff to get them behind a locked door. Couple days later I had saw they had dropped in price and I had read they can do price adjustment if that happens. Went back and asked them about it. No hassle and quick. Looked up my receipt/ items and I got $130 back. Decided I wanted to get a galaxy watch asked them and they went to grab it for me. Nothing wrong or bad with the store just wish all the employees aren't grouped up in the front. Overall had what I wanted, clean store, and employees were helpful.

Allie and Bo went above and beyond to help us find an ac adapter for my husbands CLAP machine.
They cared about his well being far more than Medsouth did, and we will be back to Best Buy based off their excellent customer service!

The last few times we've visited, we have needed help either finding something or just had specific questions about a product. Each time, we've had no issues finding someone to help. They're all very friendly and helpful.

We've had nothing but great experiences with the Geek Squad in Spanish Fort who have delivered, set up, and come out for maintenance on our washer/dryer. Most recently, we have had the pleasure of having Moe come out to fix the heating element and door to our dryer. He is very communicative and kept us updated on his ETA which allowed us to plan around the large time window that usually comes with these kinds of services. He always arrived with a smile and was quick and efficient on fixing any issues. Thanks, Moe!

I had a problem with a chrome book and the Geek Squad was fabulous! The guy was very patient and informative with me, a technology challenged person.

Store has a good selection of products. It's a little smaller than the Best Buy in Mobile, but still has a good selection and good customer service.

Hoping The Geek Squad can figure out how to incorporate the eero wifi extender into our existing technology. I wish I could send MEDIACOM the $149.00 bill we’re having to pay to get our other devices to work as they did previously. I’d watch out for MEDIACOM if I were considering to get that service! Misleading and didn’t tell us all the details even after they sent the eero wifi extender out in the mail. Without a technician available to come install it. I’d rate MEDIACOM lower than one star!

Ordered an upright freezer. Got here fast with Great guys delivering it! Had a small dent in one corner so I opted to have it replaced. They left the original freezer at our house to be used until a replacement could be delivered. Had it in 3 business days. Competitive pricing. Seamless customer service on a quality brand appliance.
