I love there Latte's go almost everyday. They also have discounts if you use there app. I have had many customers that where ahead of me pay for my order. So paying it foward is a must. Thanks for the free purchases.

I placed my online order at the wrong store and Holly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my order at the location needed!

Their churro signature latte is on point, I got addicted to it. I just wished that they would stay open a little longer lol.

Me and my friends go here all the time since the one in my area isn't 24 hours, and the wonderful people who work nightshift are amazing! Always so nice and work hard! Give them a raise!

Edited, because man have they turned things around here! Super clean super friendly, now my favorite Johnson City location! Well, I actually love all the Johnson City Dunkins. But I definitely love this place now, and have no qualms eating here.

I hate to leave this location such low marks, especially since everyone is pretty friendly when I go here. However, during the last two times that I've been here: first, an employee didn't wash his hands at all after coming out of the stall in the bathroom. The second time I went in to use the restroom, the soap dispenser completely ripped from the wall is this torn off. So how are employees washing their hands?

I stopped here on the way back to South Carolina on a family trip with ten kids with me. The workers were nice and SUPER fast. Our whole order (it was BIG) was out in less than five minutes.

Absolutely can't ask for a better caramel iced coffee ☕!!!!

Managers do a great job at keeping everyone working for the good of the customers!

The food and speed was great from the staff. My only complaint would be the fact that with all of the money they spent on renovations the managers were having a disciplinary talk with an employee in the lobby instead of a room in the back or privately. Which is just astoundingly unprofessional from a management team. That is not how you handle any kind of problem professionally.

I just got my coffee from the twin oaks store and I felt like I was in Heaven !!! Everyone of the employees were so nice and polite ! It was nothing like the experiences I have at the stone dr location , they could learn a lot from these employees , like hospitality! It’s super easy and they were absolutely amazing! lemme tell ya, the best coffee was made for me today. Large energy cold brew- 2 extra espresso, cream, sugar, vanilla/raspberry with sweet cream cold foam! 💯

Every employee that works here has a remarkable work ethic and they’re always hustling; they have never messed my order up and are very friendly and give me menu recommendations they think I’d like.

I have a very special place in my heart for this establishment and all of its employees, it always stays so busy and they are working nonstop to provide the best product they can. Thank you so much DD, always gonna choose you over Starbucks 🥳
