Dunkin'

What is going on ? A latte only fills 1/3 of the cup..after us standing there for a good 15 minutes waiting for other drinks and food they thought about asking and said they lost the ticket what did we order..we literally went in so to not wait in drive thru line..terrible experience..The only 2 pleasant helpful ones were of course my tattooed employees thanks yall ..everyone else where are u?

Went in on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 and the service and attention was amazing. The coffee was fresh and taste good and also the glazed donuts.

Today (08/27/23) I went to this Dunkin and was greeted by Hayden with a smile on his face. As I was watching him make my drinks, I could tell that he was making them exactly as I ordered, it was superb customer service!

Every employee at this Dunkin has always treated me right, and my order has always been accurate.

By far the nicest customer service here. Workers are kind and accommodating to my child even when my child attacked the balloon sculptor. Intact, they gave her part of it. Definitely more laid back and easy going then any Starbucks.

Better then a few other Dunkin's I have went too. Seems like a very tight knit crew and management. I go here at least twice a day!

Stopped here Sunday morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast and accurate. Food and drinks were good.

They served a great cup of coffee, cappuccino to be exact, and the atmosphere is amazing for private study or just talking with a friend.

I don't think I've ever had any bad experience. If something was wrong,it was fixed immediately and professionally.
